“Great service!”

Friendly people, comfortable rooms and surroundings, great and convenient restaurant and bar. I'd go back anytime I have to go to Pensacola.

“Excellent value & very comfortable!”

We spent 4 nights at this hotel with our 2 yr old son and were extremely pleased with our room and the excellent service we received. This is a newer hotel that just opened in the Spring of 2008. The room decor is warm and cozy, and the beds are very comfortable, like the kind you would find at higher-end hotels. The food also was very good. This hotel is an excellent value for the money, and we'll definitely stay there again next time we're in Pensacola.

“Excellent”

The motel was clean, secure and confortable. We only spent one night, Christmas Eve. The restraunt was closed on Christmas morning, but they had a Breakfast Buffet.

The staff and service personnel were absolutely fantastic. I would go back again and I am preparting to use the dining facilities soon.

Holiday Inn Updated their hotel nicely. Our room was nice and clean, amenities were handy, staff responded very promptly to extra linen needs, even when they were short staffed for the Christmas holiday. The surrounding area is unfortunately part of Pensacola that needs a facelift. It was a very convenient location for where we needed to be, and we felt safe, it's just part of the city where businesses have declined. Take note, if you are traveling on a holiday inquire if the restaurant will be open. After reading another consumer's review, I was anticipating their french toast, and they only had a small and very limited continental breakfast selection. We are a family that are happy to see businesses allow their employees to be with family on holidays, so we understood.

Stayed two nights, close to everything, very clean and well maintained, room was in excellent condition, everyone very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again if necessary.

We just stayed one night passing through on our way to Orlando, but it was a great experience! The hotel was very clean and the service was great. We had dinner in the hotel, and while the food wasn't the BEST, the service definitely made up for it.

“Very clean,up to date and close to the airport!”

The hotel was very nice and I would absolutely stay again. It was very close to the airport but it was about a 15 - 20 minute drive from all of the places that I ws interested in going such as downtown Pensacola or the beach. Also, you have to do a u-turn to be able to get to the hotel which was a little annoying.

fabulous hotel. no problems at all. really nice jaccuzi. loved the bed, it was so comfortable. you can tell its a newer hotel or newly renovated. loved it!!!!!!!!!!!

“Pensacola's Best”

The guest rooms and dining/bar area are very modern and up-to-date. The accommodations are exquisite especially for this price range. The dining area and food service are also excellent. We were extremely satisfied.
