“New, Clean, Comfortable”

Room was nice roomy and comfortable. My only objection is the pillows had a nice band on them for firm and soft....lumpy no matter what they were. Not sure what the brown cloth n the end of the bed was other than protection from people throwing stuff on the bed. Then change the color of the bedspread if your policy is not to wash after every use. Enjoyed my stay very much.

“Great experience, clean hotel, excellent location”

Stayed two nights, close to everything, very clean and well maintained, room was in excellent condition, everyone very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again if necessary.

“Most enjoyable stay in a long/long time”

The staff and service personnel were absolutely fantastic. I would go back again and I am preparting to use the dining facilities soon.

“Great Staff”

“Very clean,up to date and close to the airport!”

The hotel was very nice and I would absolutely stay again. It was very close to the airport but it was about a 15 - 20 minute drive from all of the places that I ws interested in going such as downtown Pensacola or the beach. Also, you have to do a u-turn to be able to get to the hotel which was a little annoying.

“Very nice place to stay.”

I love this hotel. I have stayed here twice now and it seems that I continue to book this one everytime I need to stay at a hotel. Both times my room was ready way before the normal check-in time and I was able to check-in three to four hours earlier. That was nice since I was very tired from driving and had arrived three hours earlier.

“Should of had a wheelchair”

The room was a handicap accible room right next to the elevator and the ice machine. This is the 2nd time I have booked a room with expedia and ended up with a handicapp room. The plus side is the room is a beit bigger, but the bathrooms can be bad. Litterally a shower curtain and a sink with a drain in the middle of the floor. Although this was not that bad. No continental breakfast,,,means I had to buy breakfast veryday.. When you left the motel enterence you always had to turn right and go about a 1/4 mile before you could turn around if you needed to.

“Wonderful beds”

This Holiday Inn was really nice. Clean rooms and wonderful beds. The only downfall was access to get to the hotel. Not easy as it was right at the exit off the interstate and we had to drive down the street, turn around and go back to it to enter its driveway. There were several places to eat and a mall was down the street. If you can get by the access issue, it's worth the stay.
