“Run down”

This hotel made me laugh so hard. I paid just about nothing to stay there and the room was gross. Non smoking room had burn holes in the bed spread half the lights didn't work, the carpet was frayed at the transition to the tile, the tub was beat up and there was a random wash rag that looked like it had a little blood stain on it. Gross gross gross. But the price was cheap I had a good laugh and there was a continental breakfast. I can laugh at it because I've been to 3rd world countries and I know how to survive. My advice is that if you are looking for cheap go here but if you are looking for anything higher than poor quality don't go here.

“Mold on bathroom ceiling, hotel room smelled, everything from the flooring to the sheets were old.”

This was a terrible experience. There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling and the overall condition of the room and hotel for more of a heath condition than anything and the health department should be notiified about the overall condition. This was not a good thing !!

“In the Slums”

This hotel was like a movie scene from the ghettos or goverment projects. The hall carpets were stained up. Gum and tar covered the floor and stairs. I think there were families living in the hotels, because there were children running around the halls and up and down the stairs without parents being there. They were use to playing in the place. The check-in office had a stench of moldy waters. I would recommend this place if you would like to live in a movie scene or on the adventurous side. we stayed there for just the night, but almost left many times that night.

“Convenient at the price”

Reasonably clean and convenient to the freeway.

“Pitstop”

Good place to use to stop and rest. Not gonna spend alot of time there anyway.

“Comfortable”

Room was clean and spacious. Had mini refrigerator and microwave. Pool was decent size. Close to a few restaurants and Fun City. About 15 minutes to the beach. We stayed just to have a cheap spot while visiting the beach. I can't complain...the room was clean. The hallways leave something to be desired. Parking lot is kind of dark. Staff was helpful and friendly.

“You get what you pay for....”

Overall the hotel wasn't good. The only high points were that it was cheap and bug free. The room we had was in dire need of maintenence; things were falling out of the wall, lights didn't work, etc. Honestly though, we did not pay much for the room so we did not expect it to be the Ritz. I did, however, expect friendly service which we did not receive. If I ever go back to Pensacola, I will definitly avoid this hotel at all costs. Literally, getting out that dump would have been worth the splurge.

“Sleep, bathe, go!...”

I was lucky enough to get a room with no weird smell, broken anything or noisy whatever like other reviewers complain about. I had a small budget for this trip and this hotel did the trick...
