Sleep in your vehicle before you stay here

Posted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: Tear it down and rebuild
Location: We need last minute hotel reservations so I called expedia (who I used to trust for booking rooms) and this is what I got.
This was the most horrible night of my life. The room was disgusting!!!

You get what you pay for.

Cheap, dirty and very unsanitary. Found dirty clothes, food wrappers under bed. Stains on linens and burn marks in a non smoking room. Hair on wall in shower. Hotel not located in the best area of town either.

Good for a weeks stay

Posted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: The full sized fridge is REALLY great. The kitchenette is really useful
Cons: The property is a little dated and needs some minor repairs. We forgive that however, for the price and the good service.
Location: The location is really great. It is only a 15 minute drive to the beach, (unless there is traffic on the bridge), the historic district and the art m
My husband and I love this hotel. We stay there every year for our weeks vacation. The staff is really great. They are super friendly and a nice family. When they took over from the previous owners whom we had known for years, we were concerned. But everything is as usual . There is always a wonderful breakfast in the morning, and we really love the kitchenette. We can cook for ourselves instead of going out for every meal. We especially like the full sized refridgerater. That way we can get our groceries for the week and not have to be running to the store every day. The property may be dated and need some updates, but considering the price and the service provided, it is good for us. Oh, and it is only 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the world.

HE'LL IN PENSACOLA

Pros: Zero
Cons: Burn it and start over with new management.
Filthy rooms, no working vending machines, green water in the pool, locked out of reception at night. Without a doubt the very worst motel I ever had the misfortune to encounter!!!!

NO WAY!!

I have to say that I will never stay here again!!! The area this hotel was horrible. We were staring out our window all night because apparently the local gas station and Burger King is the hangout spot for shady people. No thank you! The room was clean but the hotel it self is old and run down. Safety wise I would not recommend it!!! Next time I will pay the extra money to get a decent place! Hotel staff was not very helpful or friendly either!

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...

Posted Jan 20, 2014
Pros: Room rates
Cons: Upgrades to rooms, such as microwaves, irons, coffee pots, televisions, & linens. Hiring friendlier staff & adding to complimentary breakfast bar.
Location: Location great & a lot of entertainment & activities for family.
I choose this hotel for an unexpected trip to Florida due to a death in my family, BEING THAT THE RATES WERE THE CHEAPEST. This happen to be the worst hotel I ever visited, the staff was not friendly, the complimentary breakfast was disappointing, broken iron & microwave, coffee pot w/o coffee grinds, & a horrible odor. Basically the best way to describe this visit is YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Location was very convenient. Hotel staff were very helpful. Hotel was clean but needed a little updating. Room was spacious. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
