Spring break - got great price. Nice restaurant - delicious breakfast. Older hotel but good value. convenient location.

Not what I expected

Roaches in the bathroom at night. Too overpriced for location and amenities and for the fact that no concierge breakfast was included. "Private beach" was a joke. I can say the air conditioner unit worked well.

The staff was nice. The hotel was in a good location. We didn't have ocean view and that may have been better, but our trip was par. There was no shower curtain, the microwave didn't work, and having a window wall made everything really noisy.

Hotel by beach

Appeared nice by pictures online. But it has a couple of issues. The bed areas are nice and updated, the bathrooms are not very updated though, like they ran out of money. Pool was locked, was off season but still. Our door latch only caught some of the time, so it didn't lock well without the dead bolt. And they had s dead cat on the beach which had been there a min., view nice otherwise.

Tired old building

Cons: redecorate the room, work on the plumbing.
Location: Pensacola Beach
While the staff was accomodating, the old building was a disappointment. In my room, the power was out for about 15 minutes. It was restored. On two days, I had to notify the management that the toilet was ready to overflow. Both times, there was quick response. The room's decoration was gloomy with colors from the past. The room's door was rusty and banged closed--needing some repair or replacment. The lobby needs redecoration. There is a nice restaurant owned and managed by another contractor.

Clean room. Nice view of pensacola bay. Pool and hot tub. Expensive vending machines. Rude front desk clerk. Close to beach. Great value.

Room Cleaning was bad. Did not change sheets. Did not give enough towels. Did not clean tub or toilet very well.
