Pros: The private beach.
Cons: Fix the paint chipping off everywhere.
I wish the room would have been a little nicer. But the private beach area was great.

Nice family friendly hotel on the bay side, close to supermarkets and stores, short ride to great beaches. Nice upscale restaurant in hotel. Food was good.

Ok hotel, wouldn't recommend staying here

Posted Apr 13, 2015
The location was good; it was less than a 10 minute drive to the beach and pier, but the facility is old and needs to be renovated. Our bathtub drain was clogged and the lights in the bathroom flickered. The room still had remnants of previous guest's stays including food in the fridge and razor in the bathroom. I paid extra for the bay view, but I don't think it was worth it. The staff was nice and courteous. Overall, the hotel was ok, but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend and I wouldn't stay here again.

Great location and food for an average hotel

Posted Apr 12, 2015
Pros: Clean rooms, good cleaning service, nice pool and private beach and outstanding restaurant.
Cons: WiFi was horrible...too weak. Flat screen TV had pitiful reception and distorted images due to not having a modern system of delivery.
Location: Great central location between Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. Not much to do at Gulf Breeze, but plenty to do around it.
Midway between the mainland of Pensacola and Pensacola Beach, the Quality Inn at Gulf Breeze was a great location to enjoy the mainland activities and sites and those at beautiful Pensacola Beach. The hotel was dated but with clean rooms and a relatively attentive staff that were eager to please. Rooms faced the street or the pool and gulf. Those on the street had to endure the sounds of traffic all day and night. NO ELEVATOR was a problem for my wife and I who both have Parkinson's. Private beach and family friendly pool were big pluses. And they allow small dogs which was a plus for dog lovers and not a problem for those who tolerate them. The hotel was OK, but the restaurant at the location, the LaBrisa, was OUTSTANDING. Some of the best food we had during our time there was discovered at the end of our stay when we decided to dine at the hotel. My family agreed that the food and the staff were the best. Friend shrimp - best anywhere around. And the desserts? WOW! We had breakfast there the next morning and everything with done with class and TLC. The locals were just finding out about the restaurant and were flocking to it. We would come back to the Quality Inn, but would request when possible a ground level room facing the beach and the pool.

dirty floor

Posted Apr 11, 2015
For the price that we paid for, we were disappointed that they didn't serve continental breakfast. The floor in our room was so dirty that all my kids feet and ours were black from walking barefooted in our room. Our microwave was so old, it stood on one leg. It had an old smell and the cleaning crews didn't change our linens or make our bed when we left for the day as we stayed there for 2 nights. They didn't replenish the toilet rolls either. Overall, it was not worth the amount we paid for and will not be staying here in the future.
