Room Cleaning was bad. Did not change sheets. Did not give enough towels. Did not clean tub or toilet very well.

Pros: We loved the proximity to the beach, the view each morning, a very comfortable bed, and the 24 hour office assistance being available if needed.
We enjoyed our stay greatly. Very comfortable bed, laundry facilities were very clean, helpful, and appreciated by us. Location was great, just if weather would have been warmer to enjoy the pool and beach area.

We came in to a somewhat dirty room. The pool area was closed early. What some here in the south consider cold, in iowa we consider nice. The restaurant was nice but expensive. Didnt arch up with the rest of the hotel.

Great location but horrible service

Stayed at the hotel three nights. The first morning when the cleaning lady came to clean I asked her to come back after 12. She stated no English. I then asked after 12 in Spanish she said Si or yes. She never came back. Had to call front desk every night for clean towels and wash cloths. Room was not cleaned once during while stay.

Decent hotel, fair price

Pros: Convenient to our needs. Price was good. Value was good.
Cons: General sprucing up of the rooms would be a good start. AND LOWER THE VOLUME OF THE BAND, or better yet, have them start after 9PM & TURN IT DOWN!
Location: We were interested in the beach, the Naval Air Station & museum, & the near by flight training center in Milton, Fla.
OK place to stay, nothing fancy. Exterior presents pretty well, neighborhood was good. Interior of our 2 rooms were clean enough & well enough equipped, but were generally kind of tired. Doors fit poorly, carpet was... tired, bath was clean but tight. Beds were comfortable. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but did check the menu & it was reasonably priced. One complaint regarding the restaurant; We considered eating there (about 6PM), but when we went in, there was a "Band" playing VERY LOUD! Certainly NOT dinner music. Might have been more appropriate after 9PM for dancing, but totally unreasonable for eating a meal & conversing with anyone. Overall, the price was reasonable & lodging was adequate. Typical middle-of-the-road facility.

Disappointed from beginning.

Pros: Air Conditioner worked great and shower was nice and hot.
Cons: Update and CLEAN
Location: NAS Pensacola
Facility is non-smoking but STRONG smoke odor in front of lobby. Both wash cloths and hand towel were VERY nasty and had to call front desk to get replacements. The towels we had had holes big enough I could fit my fingers through. The towels were course and scratchy when we use them. There was trash on the floor (old q-tips) around the bed. Doesn't look like it has had a thorough cleaning around the baseboards in a long time. Tub backed up without plug when taking a shower.

No view & plenty of available rooms

Paid for bay view received side view, not enough outlets for provided lamps & clock. Toilet ran handle had to be jiggled.

Great view!

Great place...great price...view was awesome and beach was great!! Restaurant was excellent! Only negative thing was maybe the pool could use a little facelift. Would definitely stay again!
