Pros: That it was only a few minutes from the naval base, where I needed to be.
Cons: Could be cleaner, with a more secure parking lot, especially considering the neighborhood.
Location: It is close to the pensacola naval air station, maybe 3.5 mi.
The hotel was in a seedy neighborhood, and some guy tried to pick up my daughter when she went to get something from the car. The hallways stank pretty badly, and people were smoking in them. There was an old condom in the parking lot. The sheets did not smell fresh. The chair was stained. But the staff was nice enough and efficient.

This is a definite one night convenient hotel. Comfortable but very old and in a run down neighborhood.

Housekeeping staff woke us up at 6:30 amPosted Sep 9, 2013
Pros: The kitchen had supplies if we chose to cook.
Cons: New towels, mattresses and pillows which go a long way in the way of comfort. Also, training of employees for how to provide better customer service.
Stayed here from 9/5 to 9/8 and the housekeeping staff woke us up at 6:30 am yelling to one another in the hallway outside of our room. I complained to the male at the front desk, and instead of assuring me he would speak to the employees, I was asked if we wanted to move to another room. That is totally unacceptable! The mattress in our room creaked loudly everytime we moved and was very uncomfortable. The pillows were old and musty smelling as well as the bath towels.
