This place needs a visit by code inforcement . Filthy. Bugs galore . Mold everywhere. Unpainted rooms. Like rooms havent seen paint in a decade. Residents stoned and loud. Only a couple of helpful people living in these conditions. Will never go back

Staff was amazing from check in till time to decide if I wanted to stay for my extended trip . Zoe ,Dave,house keeping,and the manager where very helpful. Where so warm and friendly they felt like family.

The cheap price isn’t worth it
I feel bad giving such a bad review because the staff were all very kind and working really hard but there were only two people trying to handle the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance all at once. The hotel itself looked like maybe it was in the beginning stages of renovation but was in pretty bad shape. The room wasn’t very clean and was missing drawers and fixtures. I’ve stayed in some dumps and, unfortunately, this was one of the worst.

I came to the property 30 minutes after check out time, and my "room was not ready." Was told to come back in an hour. Showed up an hour and a half later and "room was still not ready." Said to come back later, and I showed up a 9:00pm ready to hit the sack after a long day of traveling and picking up food to cook on the stove in the kitchenette, and was told my booking was "cancelled." I said, ok, well, will I receive a cancellation through Expedia, and the gentleman at the desk said yes. I had to book a last minute hotel, late at night, so didn't get full use of my room. All of the food we had bought went to waste. Had to then eat breakfast at a restaurant that cost an extra $40. After everything, what should have been $140.00 with hotel and food turned into $250.00 that we didn't get to enjoy because I was supposed to be making my friend a home cooked meal. The whole reason I booked this hotel and made the 100 mile trip over. Never mind the gas wasted going back and forth to the hotel when we could have been in the room relaxing. I have now escalated this situation through Expedia 3 times, and the best they can give me is a $50 credit. This entire situation is unacceptable. I have been a travel agent myself, and nothing about this situation is acceptable. If you have a hotel that is doing your customers wrong you elate said customer for further bookings, and deal with the hotel directly. Hotel policy does not apply here. I made no cancellation.

Only if you are desperate.
Less than one star. Very sketchy neighborhood. Suspicious looking people loitering on the property. Run down building. Only sheets, no coverlets on beds. Poorly lit room with no interior access to lobby. Furnishings in bad condition. Saving grace was manager insisted we look at it before he booked us in because he completely understood we didn't belong there.

Worst hotel I’ve seen so far, it smells. Feces on the hallways, garbage all over the place, Roaches crawling on the walls, dirty bedsheets with hair and holes. STAY AWAY to this hotel!!!

After opening the door to my room, I refused to go in, the room was in a horrible condition. I would not let my dog stay in there. I went to the desk and turned in my key. But was charged for one nights stay since it was after check in time. The hotel needs to be removed from Hotels.com as its conditions is beyond words. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A great place for homeless and squatters at least its a roof over their heads. The pictures posted on Hotels.com has to be from another hotel as they dont match what I found.

Worst hotel ever!
Never again will I stay at this hotel. I would’ve been better off pitching a tent off the interstate. Hotel is dirty and run down. No one is in the office in the mornings or most evenings. I was working night shift and my key never worked. Would have to wait from 7am until sometimes 9am to get my key fixed. There are more residents than guest so they have no respect for anyone else. Hotel smells of weed so bad that all my clothes smelt like I had been smoking it myself. If you like screaming, dogs barking, contact highs, and filth this is the hotel for you. If not then save yourself the wasted money and book somewhere else. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

The entire hotel smelled like smoke, and it was difficult to breathe in the room because of the smoke. There was 1 hand towel in the bathroom so we asked for towels. We were told she would bring them up, and that never happened. In the morning we went and asked again and were told there wouldn’t be any until after 10 when housekeeping came-so no showers for us! People live at the hotel, so there was a lot of in and out and slamming doors, dogs barking, loud conversation between neighbors in the hallway.

Check in lady was nice but property was in horrible shape during my few nites the police showed up twice for domestic violence, roaches, the towels quite literally had hair on them and I mean ALOT like shave your head lot… toilet barely flushed, no kitchen ware like it says in description..fridge barely cooled and blackout curtains were a foot short… overall if you ABSOLUTELY do not have a choice then stay but keep it short because your not resting and expect knocks on your door for “services” I have stayed cheap a few times to save cash but this is sub basement level I stayed 4 nites and stayed at a much nicer property for an extra $10 a nite sweet dreams is your best bet and very centrally located unlike this spot was..
