“Pensacola Beach”

We were very impressed with our room and the quality. Our view was fabulous, and the location to Pier and shops was excellent. This will definately be our new hotel when we stay on Pensacola Beach.

“Save money without sacrificing anything!!”

We are a couple who loved the hotel. All the staff were very friendly, from the front desk to the house keepers. You can't beat the rate in the area along with the location... its really worth more than what they charge. Its not five star but they run it like it is, and it shows. Why this has a somewhat low rating is beyond me, either its under new ownership or just somehow slides under the radar, but it just couldnt be lower than a 3.5 in my book. It has all the essentials of a hotel done to excellent standards. Just no fluff, but you can walk to everything with ease in under 5 minutes. The room next to us actually got flooded by a fire sprinkler being broken off by a tennant and I feel they handled the situation very smoothely, and every employee I encountered my whole stay ( 3 nights ) was very friendly. I am going to guess names here to give people credit but Garrard at the front desk handled our room change superbly and is an assett to the hotel, along with the lady who ran the front, Amanda maybe, was very good at her job. The attendants at night were also nice and attentive, which is usually not common for even higher rated hotels. The maitenance guy with the goatee who handled the flooded room was extremely nice given the circumstances. And several house keepers that I ran into during the stay were also kind. I dont think you find that in 5-star hotels! If your looking to save a few dollars to stay in Pcola beach... choosing this hotel is a no brainer!!!

“Great deal, Great location”

This hotel is a great deal! The back has a pool which backs up to the bay and a private beach, and the gulf of Mexico is just across the street. Walking distance to quite a few restaurants. I will stay here again for sure!

“Feels Like Home”

This is one of our favorite places to stay when we visit. The staff and other patrons are warm and friendly. It feels like our home away from home. We are very pleased and satisfied and can't wait to return.

“Great location for good price”

Four of us went for the weekend (two couples) and had a great time! You can walk to wherever you want on the island;and it sits in the bay with a nice pool, sitting area and playground for children. Room was clean and everything worked. Only negative was a small breakfast variety, but we did get up atc8:30.

“Best hotel for the price”

This is the best hotel on the beach for the price. Not one of the over priced hotels just down the road. This hotel is right in the heart of the beach area. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Not to mention the local to the public beach, just across the street. If you don't want to go that far and for a quieter time just go to the back of the hotel. Don't look for extra amenities like big fancy breakfasts or suite-like rooms. I thought it would be noisy being so close to the bridge but it was just the opposite very quiet. A walk to Sandshakes next door is a must to have a few drinks with the locals.
