“Not Impressed”

The room was dirty and dingy. The A/C was loud and the toilet ran all night. The shower and bathroom were very dirty and the mirror had not been cleaned in a very long time.

“Not impressed - Disappointed”

Getting to room OK but smoke alarm beeping needed new battery. Notified the desk. We were in town for a funeral. Left and when returned everything fine. Next day read green placard and decided not to request new bed linens but just to have bed remade. Stay of 2 days. When we returned that evening bed not made and no new towels. Called desk. Said only one housekeeper and all the towels where in the dryer. Would bring when dry. We left for evening. Bed never made and never got the towels??? Not bad of hotel but lacking that extra touch.

“Nasty Hotel”

Service at this hotel was fine. Clerk was friendly. However, the condition of the room was disgusting. My socks stuck to the floor because it was so dirty. The shower had some weird blue junk growing in it. The TV didn't work. The towels and blankets did not appear to be very well cleaned. It was also very difficult to get to from the interstate. Quite confusing to drive to. I was very unhappy with the quality of this hotel and would NEVER stay in it again!

“It was a place to sleep........”

First of all, if your lucky, you can find your way into the parking lot around the mall's access road. Second, the parking lot was full of construction worker's trucks and we all know that they like to take up multipl spaces. Third, the TV didn't work. Fourth, we were given another room and it smell like Indian food, I mean that it was strong, lke someone downstairs was cooking. They told us that they were remodeling and that they haden't gotten to our rooms yet........ hopefully they will!!! Just keep it mind that hotels and motels are cheap for a reason.

“Very basic”

This is an older motel with small rooms accessed from the outside. The furniture was crammed in the room, but the room was clean. Had to use the key card in order to shut and lock the door when leaving. We asked for a luggage stands for our suitcases, but the desk clerk didn't know what we were talking about.

“Should have researched this hotel better before booking”

Not the best hotel to say the least. Everyone there was very friendly which made up for the condition of the hotel. The bathroom was missing the towel bar and the caulking wasn't pristine to put it mildly. It just looks like time has been a bit hard on this hotel.

“Not bad for the price”

I didn't pay much for the room and I got what I paid for. The room was clean, the bathroom was not. There were no ceiling tiles in the lobby, I don't know if there was damage or not. I went to see my daughter in college and I didn't expect to spend much time in the room. So, it served it purposes.

“good value for basic hotel”

for the price it's good value. good location near mall and several restaurants. neighborhood is safe. breakfast could be better but on par with others in the price range.

“Breakfast was awesome.”

I was most impressed with the breakfast. The biscuits and gravy was delicious.
