“Nice Hotel, Poor Maid Service”
Maid service leaves a lot to be desired. Hotel is nice, as is breakfast offered.
“Basic hotel”
Pretty much what I expected, nothing fancy but a fine hotel for our pupose of one night to visit family in the area.
“Above and Beyond Service”
I am a business traveler, and had forgotten to pack the power cord for my laptop. I called the front desk and asked if by chance they had a power cord for my brand laptop in the lost and found. Indeed they did, and I was able to work during my stay and not fall behind.
“Comfy & Clean”
Would definitely stay at this hotel again and again. The hotel staff was friendly, courteous and expedited the service we received. The room was neat, comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We did not use the pool/spa, but are anxious to in the future. The hotel is very modern/contemporary and we found nothing out of the ordinary to make our visit less than pleasant. The room was quiet, and they had available the type of room I requested. The continental breakfast was good, nice variety of food. Already recommended this hotel to family, and will definitely be back on my Mother's Day visit, and the next visit after that.
“Super Staff”
We were just spending one night in Peoria. The front desk person put us up in what must have been a suite. The room was clean,large, modern and very comfortable. Our plan was to take in a Peoria Chiefs baseball game that evening. I'm not familiar with Peoria or the downtown area so the staff offered to drive our family to the game and pick us up afterwards. Sadly the game was rained out but nonetheless we had a wonderful time during our brief stay. I can't say enough about how friendly and welcome the hotel staff made us feel. We're already planning a return trip for another Chiefs ballgame. There is no doubt where we will stay.
