“Great quick stay hotel”

The hotel was in a very convenient area. It was a big hotel, lots going on, lots to do...you felt very safe. The staff was very friendly. I was only there for one night, and I would recommend it to anyone. It is not a hotel to vacation stay at per say, but it comfortable and clean enough that it is a great stop and stay hotel!

We have stayed here before and will stay there again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.

“Very Nice Stay - Great Breakfast”

Very nice looking hotel inside and out. The pool was very nice (except the fact that 2 signs stated that the pool closed at different time - one said 9pm and the other said 10pm...this needs to be changed). The front desk was fast and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very good - hot and cold foods - was very impressed. The bar/restaurant was nice too. The only issues was there was no hot water in the morning for my shower and the internet would come and go. Other than that - I would definitely stay again.

“Definitely going back again!”

The staff was so polite and helpful from the moment we arrived. the attendant even upgraded our room to a poolside room after she heard our little girl asking were we going swimming. She printed us off a list of restaurants in the area that delivered there and told us about everything about the hotel without us asking. We will definitely stay at the grand hotel again. Some parts of the hotel could stand to be remodeled but the great customer service I received surpassed it all.

Had a pleasant visit. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was nice...staff very friendly. Would stay again...

“Great Getaway”

My wife and I had a great time, we slept like babies on the king size bed. The room was very clean even the towels actually dried you off after a shower, they were not those cheap towels you sometimes find in Hotels that do as good as a paper towel. All in all we really enjoyed our stay along with the breakfast before we departed.

“Overall, fine experience but some things lacking”

The hotel stay was fine, but I thought the hotel would be nicer (newer feeling) and in a little better repair based on the pictures and the description that I read online. The actual complimentary breakfast served was not as good as described online (scrambled eggs were grey in color & I had to ask for food items to be refilled because no one was specifically working in the breakfast area), and the breakfast area could have be cleaned/maintained much better during the breakfast hours. My room was nice & they honored my request for a fridge & microwave, and I really liked the atrium area with the heated indoor pool and spa. The heated, indoor pool & spa was the best feature. The rate charged per night was a great bargain.

The rooms were a little outdated, but they're clean and the atrium is a great place for kids.

The hotel was very pleasant. It rained all day sunda so we took advantage of the pool. Enjoyed it alot. The breakfast was good, but the pastries left much to be desired. They were dry and tasteless. Will book there again.
