The property was a townhouse within a residential block. The facilities were okay. The location was quite favourable, being within walking distance to the beach and the town centre. Additionally, the staff was friendly.

It was a perfect getaway with extremely friendly staff, clean accommodation, minutes to the beach, excellent restaurants just a short stroll. Pool just infront of the living room, loved it:). Easy parking. We will have to go back:))

Nice clean unit in well located complex. Just minutes walk to the beach and a reasonable stroll to the shops. Friendly and helpful management. Heated spa very enjoyable.

Relaxing stay near the sea.
Clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely quiet resort that was very relaxing, swimming pool was beautiful and a perfect temperature. Spa pool only operated 2pm to 8pm The townhouses aren't spacious, they are compact but had enough space for our needs. Each townhouse has its own car port, Parking is a tight fit if you have a big car. The only downside for us was the patio for our townhouse was too small to comfortably sit around the table - we squeezed in 4 people at a push, but it was a 3 bed house with space for 6 people. Smaller sized table and chairs could do the trick. The resort is closely packed but doesn't feel crowded at all. The green setting was beautiful & very relaxing. Short walk to the beach and you can walk to Peregian shops,etc. There is a free bus to Noosa during December & January school holidays, the bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk away. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

The property was very clean and welcoming. We loved how it was a couple mins walk to the beach and easy to get to the shops. It was a great place to relax and unwind. Having a kitchen at the place was convenient. We would definitely be coming back in the future.

Great place to stay
We had two weeks here, and were more than pleased we chose it. The accommodation itself was spacious, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The management were welcoming and helpful, and clearly took seriously their responsibility to maintain the resort to a high standard: the pool and beautiful gardens were a prime example. The beach was just a few minutes’ walk away, and the cafes, restaurants and shops of the pleasant village centre not much farther; the place is ideally situated for drives to all the attractions of the region.

Great little quiet place run by nice people and near the beach. Good pool and spa for the kids. Nice to have a townhouse to stay in rather than just a room. Recommend

We'll located, & clean
Very well located for the beach & the town of Peregian Beach. The manager is friendly & helpful. Apartments are well designed & clean. Wi-Fi is limited to 2 gigs per day & I ran out most days.... it's a bit limiting. Fridge needs to have the missing shelves replaced. Other than those 2 Minor items, this place is highly recommended.

It was a wonderful stay, we loved it. The unit was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Laundry detergent and dishwasher powder were supplied and the bbq was clean. The spa was a treat and the hosts were charming and most helpful to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely recommend Sails to family and friends

A great stay as a couple but would also be good for a small family as is more if a family unit with a full sized kitchen etc. Loved the pool and David and Keith were very friendly hosts. Really the only thing we missed was not having a daily cleaning service.

Lovely!
We used the condo as a home base to explore the area. Location was not in the midst of anything, but close to everything. A beautiful, white sandy beach is a 2minute walk away. Peregian(with restaurants/bakery/coffee shops) is a 10-15minute beach-walk away. Condo was clean, the exceptionally well equipped kitchen and poolside BBQ made cooking easy and our kids enjoyed the boogie boards and beach toys borrowed to us. Management could not have been more helpful. Thank you for a great start to our Australian adventure.

A lovely place to stay for a family - cute beach townhouses, double story with nice little touches in each room to make them feel more homely than the usual. The couple that run the resort are great, very helpful and friendly!

The property was only a shirt stroll to the beach and shop's and restaurants were close by. The 2 bedroom unit was clean. The one downside was the double bed had seen better days.
