Close to beach and local attractions.Posted Nov 27, 2013
We stayed 4 days, great place to stay. Personally we would have liked thicker block out blinds to windows in bedroom and to have had fly screens to all opening windows. Would go back there again.

Great place to stay.Posted Nov 11, 2013
Pros: The pool area was excellent. The colour scheme of the complex was very beach like and welcoming.
Cons: All good
Location: Good little village about 15 minutes walk up the beach or 3 minutes in the car. Good patrolled beach. Licenced surf club with meals available.
Close to surf beach (approx 200 metres). Clean and neat complex well presented both inside and outside. Pool heated and hot spa tub adjacent very relaxing, sun lounges comfortable well maintained. BBQ clean and well presented with outdoor table and chairs adjacent. Two bedroom appartment with comfortable beds, not rock hard beds. Good TV and small stereo for relaxing music. Kitchen well equiped to cook your own if you wish. Small courtyard with outdoor setting for four people able to dine or relax and read a book or listen to the music and enjoy the sea breeze. Staff helpful and out of sight carrying out the necessary chores to present the property in excellent shape. My wife and I would recommend a visit and will visit again. On top of this the price is excellent value for money.

Good budget accomodation in a beach locationPosted Oct 20, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff. Great price. Lovely garden. Beach and awesome weather - 30c in early Oct
Cons: Accomodation was a wee bit tired - needed a repaint and light fittings a bit dirty.
Location: 5 - 10 mins walk to park - quintessential Aussie busy - gum smells fantastic in the sun! Easy access to village and main supermkt - 5 mins drive.
We stayed at Sails for a week with our two kids - 7 and 10. They loved the pool and spa which were very well maintained. We got exactly what we asked for - a room further away from the main rd and close to the pool - room 18. Loved the view out over the pool! The managers were lovely and very informed on tourism and had the time to chat with you. The bedrooms and bathroom were upstairs so this accomodation wouldn't be so good if you had littlies or issues with your back/legs. The beach is 3 mins away and fantasic - white sand backed by Noosa national park and 15 mins walk in the other direction saw you at Peregian Beach village. There isn't a view of the beach but it is very close and wonderful to walk on first thing in the morning - sun is pretty hot at 6am! Expect a little traffic noise but this is mostly around 7am and doesn't last long - there is a major road in front. There are some other units further back with a wee garden on Oriele st if you prefer more outside space and quiet but these have less of a pool view. On the upside it is very quick to get out and do things, particularly if you have a rental. I think it is on the bus route too. Parking is quite tight so prepare to go carefully. I think this was great accomodation for a family who would like a sunny holiday but don't mind not having a sea view and who are watching their pennies.

Great service but uncomfortable bed.Posted Sep 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Close to Pelegian beach and about 5 min drive to the local village or 15-20min to Noosa. Beautiful and spacious 2 bed house with well stocked kitchen and 2 TV's and the place is very well run. Only down side was the main bed slats kept falling out while sleeping and had to be pushed back in place, making it pretty uncomfortable. Also the "free wifi" is only 100MB limit a day. Overall would recommend.

Great location central to all the sunshine coast has to offer. Great hosts, found a great secure spot for my camper trailer which was great. Pool is really nice and rooms are cosy. Great place to stay, we stayed 7 nights.

Can't find better place.Posted Feb 19, 2013
Pros: Very Helpful and friendly operators.
Location: Great close to beach and fine cuisine (The Thai restaurant is top of the range, very tasty and great preparation)
Operators very helpful and friendly. As a family you would not find any better accommodation in this class. Rooms are very functional and the pool is great. All overall a gem in hiding....I'm sure we will visit again.

Clean property with excellent service.Posted Jan 23, 2013
Pros: The pool and spa were very accessible to all the rooms.
We are a couple in our 60s. We went with our son his wife and their 3 children ( 10, 8,and 6) to this resort. It is not a large property but consists of townhouses and a good size pool and spa which is set in a very well maintained tropical garden with palm trees and pathways linking the houses to the pool area. The managers David and Keith are very personable and can be seen around during the day working in the garden or maintaining the property. They are always checking that everything is OK for example our tumble dryer was making a strange noise and within a few hours they had installed a new dryer. They are friendly and warm and related very well to the children. They have a good selection of DVDs to hire and plenty of free board games both in the townhouses and at reception. There was also a playstation in each townhouse. The property is in a very nice residential area not far from a good bus route. We deliberately chose not to rent a car so that we could really relax and walk allot. The beach nearby is not a swimming beach in that there are no lifeguards or flags. This is available about 10 mins up the beach but we all found that this was no real impediment at all as the pool is lovely and the beach itself offers fabulous walks, shells and sea creatures not to mention gorgeous sunrises. I would highly recommend this property to young families with or without accompanying grandparents or anyone who wants a restful space.

Stay here, you'll find it's the best.Posted Aug 6, 2012
Pros: Very quiet.
Location: 5 minutes walk from the beach,5minutes drive to the nearest supermarket,10 minutes walk to local village with restaurants and cafes.
The Sails lifestyle resort is a lovely quiet resort and very well run by Keith and David. It is 10 minutes walk down the beach to Peregian village which has restaurants and cafes. 45 minutes walk the other way and you are in Coolum which is a larger village with a supermarket. The resort is self catering if you feel like cooking with supermarkets with 5 minutes drive. There is an excellent market on Wed and Sat about 15 minutes drive in Eumundi. Very easy to find. We also found the area very friendly. We chose the sails on recomendation on the trip adviser. What a fantastic holiday so take our recomendation and book here. You'll love it. Thank you Keith and David. See you in October hopefully.
