The location was great. The beds are very bad. Hard as a rock. I had a reservation for 6 days and they only booked me for 5 Days. Had to change rooms on the last night.

Location good, bed horrible
Between the floor and the bed there are not differences, worse night ever! They need to change their mattresses if they want people coming back. Other then that, the look was good, location was perfect, oh but there is no parking incase you need one.

excellent breakfast and service. bed was very hard. good to know that you cannot drive right up to door. Taxi driver helped carry our bags, arriving late at night near airport

Great place
The service is A+, located in the center of Pereira. Great breakfast the only issue is that the bed mattress was a little bit hard. They were able to assist with a softer mattress which made but of a difference. If you are there just for a quick visit I highly recommend it.

In center of the city, easy access to the plaza
I enjoyed the location very close to the downtown plaza. The hotel staff was very helpful, kind, and professional.The room was very clean and it was comfortable.

Great value and friendly staff
Nice refuge from the hussle and bustle of downtown, the staff was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed a spacious room, air conditioning, and the free breakfast. Great value!

Nice hotel close to the airport
I received a lot of help from the hotel employees. The hotel is closes to the restaurants, stores, boutiques, etc. I will chose this hotel for my futures trips to Colombia. Moreover, I loved the customer service. I recommend people that come from countries with English language need the basic Spanish because employees speak Spanish only. This my personal recommendation.😀😀😀😀😀🙏🙏🙏🙏😀😀🙏🙏🙏

Fine for our needs.
We were treated really well, decent breakfast, Internet worked, liked that opened on to the peatonal, bed was just a cushion not a mattress, cushion gets very hot, ceiling fan in the room.

My stay was better than I expected! Perreira, Colombia is paradise. And the Luxor hotel was more than accommodating. They are friendly and the people are very helpful to tourists like me. From the bell help, to reception, up to Sebastian(breakfast attendant). They are hard workers and they have your attention.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was not great and could use some improvement. Overall it was a comfortable stay for one night.

Staff is simply awesome, they are really kind people able to help any time and an smile on their faces. Huge problem at this hotel is location (downtown very unsafe area), no access to cars, taxis or buses on front of the hotel, it is located on a alley with no car access. If you are planning to stay at this hotel, DO NOT CHOOSE STANDARD ROOM, temperature in Pereira is about 82-86 Fahrenheit, and room becomes really hot they only have bad noisy ceiling Fans on the Standar Rooms, choose a room with A/C.

First impression of the hotel was great. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, all the concierge staff was excellent. The lobby and room looked newly renovated and nice. However the bed was awful! Like sleeping on a bench, the room was also very noisy because of a nightclub close by. Impossible to get any sleep before 3 am. The girl that worked in the reception during the evening was really unfriendly and even rude, something we haven't experineced anywhere else in Colombia. It is also really expensive for what you get, compared to hotels of the same standard you pay 30-40 percent extra without being able to sleep properly. All in all it is the worst hotel we stayed at in the whole of Latin America

No es lo que ofrecen La cama no era king size como lo referencia el tipo de habitación El estacionamiento es en un parking a cuadras del.hotel y te cobran de las 7:00 am en adelante ,así que debes madrugar a sacar el auto rapido , ni ganas de desayunar en el hotel por lo mismo,sacar el auto y no hay donde estacionar cerca ,sino te cuesta más

Estuvo bien, está en una zona central. No tuve problema con el ruido a pesar que tiene dos bares en frente. El desayuno muy rico. Excelente atención. La habitación estuvo comida y limpia.. tal vez el colchon mas duro de lo esperado.

Not the best option
The hotel staff was very kind, but that's it. The hotel is in a walking street with a lot of street noise until 12 am. The area is not nice and it does not feel safe. The bathroom is uncomfortable with little space and the water in the shower is very very bad. The breakfast is not enough and the only option is eggs and fruit. If you want or need anything else they charge it.

Un lugar básico y sencillo pero muy agradable.

Hotel comodo y economico en el centro de Pereira
Es necesario mencionar que el hotel queda en una calle peatonal, aunque aparentemente segura, el transito permanente de personas hace que uno esté precavido. Lo bueno, queda cerca a la Plaza Bolivar y es facil transportarse desde aqui a cualquier lugar. La habitacion es comoda, limpia y el hotel es muy tranquilo. La atención es muy buena. Es una buena opción precio/calidad en Pereira.
