"Lovely hotel, Great location less than 2miles from Bergerac Airport. Gentleman on reception Welcoming, Friendly and happy to help us with anything we needed (spoke perfect English also). We had two Superior Themed Rooms which were beautifully decorated. We did have an issue with one of the rooms previous guest smoking in. Gentleman on reception sorted it out straight away, offering us two other rooms to choose from and was more than apologetic and helpful. Board Game themed rooms which were really well decorated. Restaurant conveniently located right next to the Hotel, which was also beautifully decorated, food lovely and staff friendly. Will 100% stay again if we are ever back in the area."

"Beautiful city and this is a great place to stay. We had a major problem with our rental car and Property Manager, Valentine was so helpful. His English is excellent and he is very caring. He salvaged our trip for us. Great breakfast also."

"Brilliant hotel, will definitely be back. I am gluten free and they had a separate gluten free station. Will cook you an sort of eggs for breakfast. Rooms are big as well as the bathroom. Only a few minutes walk from central station. "
