Very friendly staff

Pros: cleanliness
Cons: work on the pool more
Location: very close to resturanats and shopping areas We went to the Veterans State Park where there was a good fireworks display and plenty of water
The staff was very pleasant and went out of thier way to be helpful to us. the facilities were clean but the pool area though clean was cloudy during the stay.

Halfway stop

We decided late one night on our trip home to stop and rest. This stop was perfect. Easy off and on to interstate. Clean, quite, very polite staff. I will stay again.

Dirty Room...

I found hair on pillows and in floors of restroom. Not very clean.

Girl's weekend

We had a great stay. Front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds slept great. Very comfortable. Our second stay in this hotel, would recommend to anyone. Will be back next year or maybe sooner.

The staff is great! We stayed in room 301. This is a disability assessable room with tool in shower. The builders forget to place a drain in the bathroom floor so the water could go somewhere besides accumulating on the fool and running outside on the carpet. There was fecal matter left in the toilet and the room could have been dusted and vacuumed again before we arrived, other than these minor things, our 1 night stay was comfortable and we rested well. The breakfast buffet bar could use more choices such as chicken sausage or chicken bacon, Everyone does not eat pork! Thank you.

Not a Good Night

The desk clerk was ready with all the paperwork and was very efficient in getting me to my room. You had to buy sodas from their "Suite Shop" versus having machines in the designated vending areas - plus they were $2 versus the $1.50 at the Holiday Inn I stayed at the previous night. The bed was lumpy So I didn't sleep well at all ! And the hot breakfast left a lot to be desired. I will definitely not stay at this Holiday Inn in the future.

The hallway was dirty as well as the elevator. When we arrived in the room it was cold, like we were not expected. It took a while to warm up because of the temp outside being record cold. However, it finally warmed up to 69. The rate was too high for the condition of the hotel.

Close to Hwy

I was pretty satisfied for the most part. We checked in later than we expected so we were tired. We didn't notice a problem with the air until we were unpacked. It was either freezing or hot in there. Made it uncomfortable to sleep in that comfy bed. The front desk offered to move us to another room but at that point we didn't feel like messing with it. They didn't have a maintenance guy that was able to assist. The front desk was also unable to adjust my bill since I booked through Hotels.com. Very quiet and the breakfast was great! Probably wouldnt stay there again.
