“Nice, Very Clean”

This retreat center was very family oriented. We saw many families with children of all ages. The facilities were clean and very well maintained. At a lot of places when we request a "non-smoking" room, the room still smells very strongly of smoke. This room did not have any smell of smoke! Very enjoyable, but our reservation for a villa was not honored and we were given a standard room.

“Sufficient”

Our visit was due to a family reunion with family who have a home on Lake Blackshear. We had stayed at the Resort prior to this. The accommodations are good for that area and the grounds are nice. The restaurant leaves much to be desired in both food quality and service.

“Rather disappointed.”

This is a newer hotel in nice condition, but is mainly a golf resort. The water is terrible. The rooms are nice, but overpriced.
