“Horrible, dirty hotel- a disease waiting to happen!...stay away from Ramada Inn Perryville, MD!”

Stay away!! Sisters' weekend almost ruined. The photos on website are NOT from the same hotel...very deceiving. This is a horrible hotel. Checked in. Lobby was dirty and smelled. Room had broken AC and the unit was damaged with black mold all over the filter. Bathroom door could not close because it kept hitting the toilet. Dirty. Gave us another room, same results. We were afraid to breathe the air coming from those units. Cancelled our reservations (Expedia was great and immediately refunded our money). Had to drive an hour to a Hampton Inn (I'm a hilton honors member), but at least it was clean and wonderful. I will never try to stay anywhere else besides Hilton/Hampton again. You always know what to expect there and have never had a bad experience with that chain. Ramadas are owned by individuals who apparently don't care about their facilities. I wouldn't let my dog stay here.

“They had power !”

When we checked in we learned that Ramada was one of the few nearby motels which had power following hurricane "Irene" so we didn't mind waiting until after dinner to get into our room. The clerk gave helpful suggestions about restaurants for dinner. The room was comfortable and the breakfast adequate. Fresh fruit was a nice option. We appreciated the convenient location and easy drive to sightsee in Havre de Grace. A good value.
