Easy walking distance to Perth CBD.
Deb and Sean were great hosts. Breakfast were lovely and the hosts provided interesting suggestions about what to see and do.

Nice friendly staff. The room was nice and clean and very warm. But the bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in my back and sides. Did don't have a very good nights sleep on any of the three nights we were there. A wider variety of options for breakfast would of been nice but the coffee was very nice.

Value accommodation in Perth Scotland
Easy walking distance to town center and Scone Palace. Owners very helpful and friendly and the accommodation was excellent value for money.

Nice spot in Perth
Our stay in Perth was very pleasant. Our hosts were helpful and attentive to our needs. Accommodations were roomy in comparison to others we used during our stay in Scotland. Breakfast was very good, roomy. An excellent value in our view.

Basic Accomodations in a Good Location
For the price, Ballabeg was more than adequate. Nothing fancy, but clean. The room was basic, a little tight and a comfortable bed. The parking is convenient and the house is located near a nice walk along the river. The street noise could be a problem if you prefer open windows. Breakfast was well done and very generous. There was no common area other than during breakfast.

Nice quiet B&B, room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was just lovely. Deb (hostess) was willing to do whatever was needed to make us comfortable. Only 15 min walk to shops, restaurants. Would love to return some day!

Just spent one night on our journey home from visiting family in England lovly bedroom and a huge bathroom we were on the top floor the couple were very friendly and the breakfast was very good you get a great choice of items.we enjoyed our stay very much

The guest house is near to town centre and quiet.
We were met at the front door and welcomed by the owner. We were escorted to our room and after being shown facility we were shown a menu for breakfast and a list of restaurants in the town recommended. I do not know why it has coloured red on overall rating we loved our stay there.

Do not stay here; owner is rude and inhospitable
I do NOT recommend this guest house. The owner is rude, inflexible, and inhospitable. We called ahead because we were delayed and the owner told us not to come, that we would not be reimbursed for any portion of the stay, and that we had to find lodging elsewhere because there was no possible way that we could check in after 9:30pm at the absolute latest. On the phone the owner was outright rude. In my opinion, if you can't be hospitable, you should not be in the hospitality business.

Very comfortable,great host.
We were pleasantly surprised with our twin room.very clean with flat screen cable. Host was adorable & Scottish brekkie was great. Lovely location with easy access to Perth city.

Our Stay
An hours drive to Edinburgh, St. Andrew and Pitolchry. Rooms were small. Nice garden was within walking distance.

Only a plesant 10 minute stroll to the city centre
Small but very comfortable room. Shower fantastic, but turn the water on and wait a few seconds before standing under it, as the first burst is very hot. Quiet location, so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. Quality of breakfast is also good and served up by friendly owner Debs.

Breakfast is early so may not suit and you are not allowed other people in your room even briefly. I was visiting family and they came back to the room while I showered and changed. I was not told about this rule and it would have deterred me had I known. Apart from that a lovely place and good breakfast.

Typisches Stadt - B&B
Wir wohnten in einem freundlich eingerichteten Zimmer unter dem Dach mit einem separaten großen Bad. Beides sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Gastgeber waren sehr angenehm und das Frühstück war reichlich und schmackhaft. Parken war problemlos vor dem Haus möglich. W-Lan hat gut funktioniert.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und haben dafür gesorgt,dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.Es war alles sauber und gemütlich und morgens gab es ein gutes schottisches Frühstück.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Wir wurden bei Ankunft auf ein Zimmer mit Bad upgegraded. Sehr sauber, gratis Parkplatz, die Stadt ist gut fusslaeufig erreichbar. Beim Fruehstueck konnte man aus mehreren Angeboten waehlen bis hin zum Scottish Breakfast. Zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
