Nice place to stay.
Great experience, the host made everything to make our stay comfortable. They take care of all the details, it’s a nice and very clean place. They serve a good and generous breakfast.

Perfect for a quiet break.
The property was well kept with an interesting history and conveniently located a short drive off the A9. Our room was spacious with a great view, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and well present. The host was friendly and very knowledgeable on the area. Wonderful location, peaceful great value for money, would certainly stay here again.

Our stay was lovely 💎
We arrived late, but made arrangements prior to arrival. We were greeted graciously and given the keys to the Tartan room. It was Huge! The bathroom was also nice and big. We loved the full and hearty breakfast. Our host was so nice and had so much information on the best shops to visit and places to see. We appreciated how clean everything was. The Sun room was delightful to sit in and start our day off with hot cocoa and a fresh breakfast. Thanks for the wonderful stay. We would love to come back.

Beautiful guest house, very comfortable beds, good size room with everything you need. Breakfast was amazing & set out very very well for social distancing, everything you need on table beside you for your use only. Rachel & Gordon very nice couple. Would definitely return.

We loved this property, full of character, and nicely furnished. Rachel and Gordon were lovely, very kind and gentle hosts. With a really good breakfast with such lovely views across the River Tay. It was in such a lovely quiet location, but so near to get to the places we wanted to visit.

We only stayed overnight on our way north, but had a most enjoyable stay. The bedroom was lovely - we were in the Tartan Room, which is big and open so plenty room for us and our large dog. The bed was very comfortable, bedding lovely and fresh. Couldn't fault the breakfast and the pleasantness of the owner who served us. All in all it was a very relaxing stay and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. If we're every heading this way again we won't hesitate to return.

I was greeted in the car park by owner Rachel. Very nice spacious room right next to the front door. all the things you need were provided. Warm and comfy bed. Good breakfast cooked early for me by request with a view overlooking a river and mountains. All Covid measures in place. Recommended.

Great stopover
Lovely large room with a beautiful view across the river Tay - even saw salmon! Exceptionally clean and breakfast served in a very Covid aware environment. The human and canine guest made very comfortable and welcome. Perfect stopover location with easy access to Pitlochry and Dunkeld

I love this B&B. The location is perfect, a few minutes from Pitlochry and the main road, but in a quiet area. The views are spectacular across the river to the mountains. Rooms and beds are large, comfortable and clean. It's quiet at night. Parking is easy, cooked breakfast is delicious. I'll always return here when I'm in the area.

Wonderful stay in lovely accommodation. Fantastic location for exploring in any direction and view from our bedroom window was stunning. Friendly and welcoming hosts with added bonus of breakfast each day. Bed was on the small side (given the epic proportions of the room- it could take a much bigger bed and still feel spacious). Felt very safe and they had taken Covid considerations into account in everything they did. Really commendable. Thank you for looking after us so well and we will be back!
