Wonderful small B&B close to Perth.Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Helpful staff, cozy environment, easy access, great breakfast.
Cons: Furnishings were sparse, but certainly adequate.
Location: The Perth area is one of our favorites in Scotland, not least because I have family in the area; but there is much to see.
Staff was extremely helpful. Facilities were satisfactory. Location was perfect for our needs. A great experience!

lovely b and bPosted Aug 8, 2014
Brenda is a lovely host and makes you feel welcome, Hollyburn was spotlessly clean , and its clear to see that a lot of effort has gone into making Hollyburn a comfortable, clean, cosy , yet stylish place to stay. Lovely breakfast too !

Very comfortable b&bPosted May 12, 2014
Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully decorated and there's a nice area to relax in as you enter the house. Everything there that we needed and a good shower. We would definitely stay again.

Mid Winter ExperiencePosted Jan 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
We enjoyed our stary at Hollyburn House, the food and service was great, the host and hostess friendly and helpful, in spite of our late night returns.

Great findPosted Nov 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
I has an event a few miles away, to my luck all the local hotels were booked up and so I found Hollyburn. WOW! It appeared I was the only guest at the time but the owner ran it like a 5*. The hotel was very quaint, and a lot of charm. The brekky was spot on - I always seem to over do it when there is good food in front of me and this was no acception. Lucky find and lovely experience!

Fantastic BnBPosted Oct 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
We had a great time. Room, Hosts, service, food were all excellent. The only let down was the mattresses on the beds. Both mattresses were very uncomfortable.

A Little Gem of a B&BPosted Oct 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Simply fabulous so friendly and so helpful during my one night stay. I hadnt ordered any food as I didnt know when I was arriving and had intending eating at the pub oposite which which wasnt serving food that evening. Have no fear the lady of the house pulled out the stops without any hesitation and cooked me a good simple hot meal at a very reasonable price. I cant fault the Hollyburn one bit. To finish a great cooked breakfast all in the price.
