Hollyburn is a treat. The place is spotless, the food is good, the hosts are delightful and the many signs of creativity about the place make it all the more interesting. Strongly recommend Hollyburn.

Very satisfactoryPosted Jul 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
B&B sits on the main street of this typical small village near Perth. Comfortable room, good bathroom, nice breakfast, pleasant hostess -- in short, everything associated with a well-run B&B. Fortunately little traffic during the evening and night, since our room faced the street. A couple of pubs in the neighborhood, and more dining options a short drive away.

I don't often write reviews but was so impressed by the quality of Hollyburn House. The rooms are spotless, decor up to date and the owner so welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely be using again.

A pleasant experiencePosted Jun 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
We arrived a day early due to a booking error. The hosts were most gracious, inviting us to join them & their friends on the patio for a cold drink. The room was very comfortable with a lot of little extras to make our stay more comfortable. They gave us directions to a beautiful trail along a cascading river & the best fish & chips of our trip. All in all, a great place to stay with very pleasant hosts.

Wonderful HostsPosted May 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
Brenda and Ian are exceptional hosts. Not only is their bed and breakfast beautifully decorated with more than the comforts of home, but the gardens are gorgeous with a stream (burn) running right through their backyard. They provided guidance for the best day trips to take. Their location in Bankfoot was perfect for exploring the Highlands in various directions. The food was wonderful. Gorgeous countryside, fabulous history, and wonderful new friends—perfect!
