Great locationPosted Feb 17, 2015
Great hotel for a few days in perth city. No breakfast buffet. In house dining menu was overly basic and very overpriced. But being right in the city there were plenty of choice nearby. Parking seemed very limited, although I did get a spot. Very friendly staff!

Surprisingly nice place.Posted Jan 28, 2015
Pros: Crisp presentation throughout. Well presented.
Cons: The toiletries were sufficient in quantity but crap quality. The conditioner was in name only. Minibar prices were the usual overpriced variety.
Location: Pleanty of good quality restaurants nearby but we ate at the bar/bistro attached to the hotel which was not cheap but the food was nice.
Stayed overnight only and didn't really take advantage of the larger appartment, didn't use the kitchen facilities. Would suit a longer stay and be more economical if did own cooking, etc. We had the Grand Premier apartment which gave a very spacious and comfortable feel. Would have suited a family if it had more than one bed. Didn't get to use the pool or BBQ facilities which looked pretty good. Only thing I'd do different is to ask for a corner apartment if available.

Convenient hotel, comfortable and relaxedPosted Jan 17, 2015
- friendly hotel staff - good sized rooms - quiet and relaxing - easy walking access to CBD with public transport right next door. - room kept clean with daily refreshing. - some parts of the room, in particular the bathroom is showing wear and could use repair. Overall was very happy and would stay at the Adina Apartments in Perth again.

Three weeks at the AdinaPosted Jan 13, 2015
Pros: Location, apartment amenities, staff and how quiet our room was.
Cons: Sofa bed in living room has seen better days.
Location: Great area for bicycle paths, running paths, Jacobs Ladder for workouts, withing 15 minutes walking to Perth Arena for the Hopman Cup Tennis.
We enjoyed our stay at the Adina which was in a good location for us. It is within a very comfortable walking distance to the CBD, Kings Park, Perth Arena and adjacent to the Swan River which were all places we were at many times. The staff were very helpful and friendly, our one bedroom apartment was all we had hoped it would be with the kitchen and laundry included being important to us. We used the fitness facility and the pool quite often, and although both of these were not large facilities, they were just fine. The apartment complex is clean and tidy, the staff were good helping us if we had any questions or concerns and we were not disappointed when comparing how it was advertised online and the reality of staying there. We have no hesitation in saying we had a very good three week stay here and we have no reservations about recommending the Adina as a good choice for a stay in Perth.

Difficult to access and parkPosted Dec 8, 2014
Pros: Staff were pleasan.
Cons: Signage to direct guests to reception on arrival. More car parking bays or valet service to alternate parking
Very difficult to access reception off Mounts Bay Rd. Requested car parking but none available so paid $55 to park at convention centre opposite. Non smoking rooms encourage smoking on balconies and room had stale smell of smoke in furnishings.
