Well located 5 Star HotelPosted Sep 11, 2014
Pros: Nice rooms, though a bit dated Good gym and the hotel well located for meetings etc
Cons: The food from the from the room service was appalling . I ordered a steak sandwich for $30 and rather than steak it seemed to be cold roast beef
Location: Well located near shops and restaurants
Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good facilities, but a bit overpriced for what it is

Close to cityPosted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: All facilities are great close to Barrack st walf and city (walking distance)
Cons: Shower adjustment only
Location: City, barrack st walf, kings park, swan river
All good except shower temp took a lot of adjusting and taps we're loose. Would not rate this as a major problem. Stay there again

The hotel staff were all very helpful recommending places to go and all very attentive. The breakfast was lovely with an excellent choice of food. Best of all if you don't have a car bus stops and stations are all within walking distance

Nice hotel 15mins from CBDPosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Oregon Restaurant and helpful staff
Cons: Update bathroom
Location: Great walks along Swan River, free Cat buses to get around town. Kings Park an easy 45 min stroll away
Hotel comfortable, helpful staff. Rooms a little tired, particularly bathroom....needs updating. We had leaking shower and bath had many bath had many cracks in it. Staff did offer to help fix problem, but this needs long term solution. Dining was great in Oregon Restaurant, we had 3 course winter special $48 with glass of wine....food excellent and waiter staff terrific. Generally staff very helpful and efficient

Great hotel situated close to city attractionsPosted Aug 8, 2014
Pros: All staff were very attentive and professional, the room was comfortable, modern and clean and the location was far enough away from the city centre.
Cons: The foyer was being utilised for a large gathering when we arrived at 7pm - this group could have been moved to a separate area.
Location: Situated close to the Swan River, Perth Mint, free bus transport (within the city centre) which allows accessibility to the heart of Perth.
My husband and I use the Pan Pacific as our 'hotel of choice' when we visit Perth. We are always welcomed by the staff and made to feel "at home". Upgrades to the Pacific Club room for our whole stay was 'pure pleasure' as we had just returned from holidays. The room was a great size - clean and modern with an extremely comfortable 'Dream Bed'. An adjoining ensuite was large, stocked with lovely toiletries with a separate bath / shower. As we were accommodated in a Pacific Club room, this included daily breakfast, canapés after 5:30pm and afternoon tea on the weekend. A separate breakfast / relax room is used which is accessed via a swipe card and only utilised by patrons accommodated in Pacific Club rooms. Staff were always polite (remembering your preferences) and worked in a very professional manner. We will continue to stay at the Pan Pacific whenever we visit Perth in the future as the experience has always been very positive.

AwfulPosted Aug 8, 2014
Arrived at hotel and reception staff not very nice or friendly ! Very matter of fact not one smile did we get. Not one bit value for money rooms were as dated as my granny and not clean eg dust everywhere bath disgusting wouldn't put a dog into it .. And to top it off at 8 o clock I was just about to give my one year old her last feed to put her to bed and next door decided to have a shower and a very loud screaming / screeching noise coming from it had to wait until they finished to put my daughter to sleep ... And once again woken up next morning at 630am by it again .. I told reception about this all I got ohh that's awful .... Sorry !!! Not helpful or friendly at all
