Loved the bed!!!

Posted Mar 30, 2014
I was in love with the bed please let me know how I can get one I seen the info on it but forgot details. My room was close to the pedestrian crossing so could hear the buzzer, but a night on the bed didn't matter. Great location, discount breakie at miss mauds. Crisp white linen. Will be back for sure!

Pros: Room was ok but small for the price. Check in was good with the nice girl from Estonia.
Cons: Check out. That was so pathetic. Having to stand in the lobby while the woman checked on my room to see if I had any bottled water? Unreal. Very slow
Location: Hospital
Checkout left a big sour impression on me. I will not return to this place.

Four nights were adequate, but not wonderful

Posted Feb 24, 2014
Very nice hotel staff; helpful laundry room; cantankerous elevators; ridiculously expensive breakfast and tiny room make this hotel a mixed experience. The room and bath were very clean, and we were rarely there, so it worked for us in this expensive city. Our room was never clean before mid afternoon, but all in all we had a good stay in Perth and came to realize that miners run the economic show there.

Pros: The comfortable bed and linen
Cons: nothing
Location: Miss Mauds FOOD, forrest chase and hay street mall right there. No stress accomodation
Check was easy, staff where great. the bar next door has music on Friday and Saturday night, so we went to sleep listening to opera and a nice jazz band. Room was excellent. Would definitely stay there again. Quiet neighbourhood. Great CAT bus services and taxi's everywhere. The room we had also had an aircon unit which we loved using. love the place

Very pleasant staff, good room size (premium) and clean design. Close to public transport. Not a great neighbourhood though but you can walk easily to the river.

Small pokie room that jumped in price $40

Posted Jan 23, 2014
Pros: close to the hospital
Cons: $5.00 phone call that did not connect. Using the room phone to a mobile phone. Was rectified, but initially a blatant insult.
Parking charge $25.00 a night at another hotel. Felt like their monkey running errands and not a customer, demanding I return the opposing hotel swipe card after retrieving my car, only to leave in a loading bay with limited street parking, or face a $20 fee for not returning the swipe card. Cleaners turned up at 4pm to do half a job for appearances. - I had been in hospital for the greater part of the day.

Great location in the CBD, quiet relaxing stay.

Pros: Definitely the location, very central. Clean and Quiet.
Cons: Only my health, so I could enjoy a brew at the restaurant bar.
Location: Everything is available within a brief walk, pick a direction.
My initial visit is for a Dr's appointment as an out patient at the nearby Hospital. To avoid peak hour traffic from the country into the city, this hotel is the most ideal location, basically everything just fell together, price, quality and location.
