The hotel was nice, central and the staff were friendly. The bed could have been a little more comfortable but overall a good place to stay.

Great hotel!Posted Jun 18, 2015
Pros: Central location.
Location: Easy walk to Watertown and the train station.
Very central, great facilities and an enjoyable stay. The club room was a little small for the number of people but the service was fantastic and the pre-dinner drinks provided a nice opportunity to meet some new people.

Good location in CBD for workPosted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: Free WiFi
Cons: Insufficient power points in room or located in awkward places to enable recharge of mobile, laptop etc.
Location: Good restaurants nearby and close to train for ease of travel.
Traveling on part-business part-holiday. First part of holiday. Staff pleasant and friendly on arrival. Room OK but not brilliant (bit dated). Power points in awkward spots to allow for convenient recharge of mobiles, laptops etc and none anywhere near the kettle. Good location for day trips via train e.g. to Fremantle, shopping and restaurants.

Ideal locationPosted May 29, 2015
Pros: In an ideal location.
Cons: The rooms are a little old, need major renovation, especially the bathrooms. Not possible to find the correct water temp for shower. Gym is offsite.
Location: In one of the busiest streets in Perth, plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.
Pleasing hotel in an ideal location. Easy to get to and great staff.

Central to everything but a bit datedPosted May 18, 2015
Cons: No gym facilities was a major minus. Update the furnishings to the 2000's at least
Location: Walking tours around Perth, Ferry to Rottnest Island, a lot to see and do
This hotel is in the middle of the city which makes walking everywhere a snap. The staff were nice. The hotel needs a face lift with the furnishings being a bit stuck in the 1990's but it was comfortable, neat and clean. I would probably look elsewhere before staying here as I think it is extremely overpriced for what you get. There is no gym at all. You have to share a gym a few buildings over.
