Great CBD locationPosted Mar 28, 2014
Cons: Club level amenities, coffee machines need updating.
Location: Perth CBD location. Train 1 block away, Northbridge is a quick 10 minute stroll. Lots of shopping on Hay and Murray Streets.
A bit pricey, but overall very good. Would be really nice to have an espresso machine at breakfast - stale coffee from urn during the buffet breakfast is dreadful. Staff very nice, room was clean, spacious and comfortable. "Club" in executive level had only sofas and a TV. They should think about adding canapes and good coffee/drinks like most hotels do on executive floors.

Nice hotel in the heart of Perth City.Posted Mar 18, 2014
Our stay was smooth and easy. They were kind enough to give us a beautiful corner room looking out into the north and west. The staff we helpful and friendly. Very comfortable hotel that is not much to look at from the outside.

Centrally situated.Posted Feb 19, 2014

Perth CBDPosted Feb 16, 2014
Pros: The location was great for all our city requirements
Cons: Staff knowledge
Location: Near Kings Park & shopping mall & close to mariner for trips
I was disappointed by the knowledge of staff when my wife asked for gluten free food and was told the only thing available was a bowl of chips, we went to another eatery. It was over a week later when we asked another member of staff, which turned out to be the restaurant manager at which time she informed us that it was possible for the chef to cook something gluten free even though not on menu, it seems that some of the staff didn't know or couldn't be bothered asking for gluten free food to the chef. Which for a CBD hotel is very disappointing!!!

Convenient Central Perth locationPosted Feb 16, 2014
Pros: Convenient position. Many good restaurants and breakfast options nearby all reasonably priced.
Cons: follow example of o/s hotels, particularly Asian, providing inexpensive forgotten essentials. Copy of credit card details prevents theft of b.robes.
Location: Central. Within walking distance of Art Gallery, ferry etc
It is some time since I've stayed in Australian hotels. Maybe unfair to compare with o/s 3 & 4 star hotels BUT how disappointing to find no bathrobe, slippers or bathroom extras eg: comb, tooth brush/paste etc. I even had to ask for a shower cap. (Luckily, there is a pharmacy opposite).

Great locationPosted Feb 3, 2014
Pros: New, clean, convenient location.
Cons: More toiletries would be good. Just hand soap and shampoo seems a bit bare compared to hotels in Asia which tend to provide a whole range and some.
Great place to stay as it's most conveniently located. 2 mins walk to the shopping areas, 5 mins walk to Northbridge Road, surrounded by eating places all over.

Our special occasionPosted Jan 28, 2014
Pros: The location
Cons: The view from the room did not match the website pictures, disappointing as I had booked it from a special occasion.
Location: Great location and close to the concerts that we attended.
The view from the room did not match the website pictures, disappointing as I had booked it from a special occasion. A part from that we had an enjoyable stay.
