“Good location”
The room was clean and relatively quiet. Good water pressure. Hotel staff were very polite and friendly. The fitness room was small but clean and had an ok range of machines and weights. The breakfast buffet was pretty expensive but you had a choice between three levels: toast and coffee, continental or full cooked. Parking was an issue because there was no parking on site. There was pay parking on the street or in covered or uncovered lots a couple of blocks away but that was quite expensive.
“Very convenient”
Conveniently located, just walking distance from shopping malls and train station. Front desk staffs were very nice, especially Christine, who was attentive and very helful.
“worth”
DIY.
“Good location in central Perth”
Well located in central Perth, walking distance from main areas or even accesible to the CAT, the free Central Area transportation buses.
“Nice for the money”
Hotel was nice for the money. Front Desk staff very helpful in setting up tours, and helping out with items needed. Maintenance was notified of a light out and it was fixed within 15 minutes. Very pleased, Balcony view was nice.
“Very, Very impressed!”
I really enjoyed my stay at Travelodge Perth! Their service was OUTSTANDING!
“the good, bad and in between....., overall a disappointment .”
Front desk staff were friendly and courteous (Victor and Heather especially), although the housekeeping staff were very rude and unprofessional. The head housekeeper told mgmt that I had H1N1 flu simply because I arrived jet lagged and slept in the following day after my arrival (36 hours in transit from Los Angeles merits a sleep in)I complained to mgmt and advised them that this was very rude and irresponsible (and needed to stop) after another maid asked a few days later if I was still sick with the flu. Room decor had a "tired" feeling.Towel racks were loose, tea kettle was rusty, and vents in room and bathroom were full of dust and had not been cleaned for sometime. Balcony upgrade was nice and appreciated as itoffered a nice view of the CBD. Please be advised that there is a major construction project across the street however and is quite loud from 6 a.m. until 5 p.m. Although my price included Internet services,I had to ask and have my account reviewed before it was removed. Also, 2 long distance calls were kindly removed due to a problem with the phone card access in the middle of my stay and not placed on my final bill. Now Travelodge is trying to charge me for them.

Perth City Centre, Western Australia, Australia: The country's fourth largest city and booming capital of Western Australia is sprawling, but downtown Perth proper is bounded by the Swan River and the Graham Farmer Freeway and easily covered on foot. Museums, galleries, shopping malls, and pedestrian precincts characterise the CBD, while parkland wanders along the riverfront. The downtown area also encompasses East Perth, a former industrial zone now converted to residential streets, and Northbridge, a restaurant and nightlife hotspot that is also home to Perth's Cultural Centre.
