Showed up late, they had cancelled my reservation. They took me in but still charged me the cancellation fee, and more per night than the original booking fee... Very limited outlets in the room and WiFi very weak. Desk staff absent much of the time.

A useful stopover.
The hotel served our purpose well as a stopover prior to joining friends nearby for breakfast. The hotel itself had an interesting arrangement around a pool and courtyard with a bar and restaurant. However the hours of service were limited and it was situated on a commercial estate. The fixtures, fittings and furnishings were adequate if somewhat basic. The actual tariff at the hotel was lower than that advertised on the Internet.

Pleasant surprise
We stayed in the hotel for one night and enjoyed our time. There is a lovely courtyard with a water feature where we spent evening.The room was spacious and nicely decorated.

We left as soon as we could organise a different venue as we did not wish to spend a week in Provence in an industrial zone.

My wife and I stayed there for only one night, we were on transit. We arrived way after their closing time, but they were great: I contacted them beforehand and they gave me all the necessary instructions for me to reach my room without any problems. The room was very spacious and nice, and when daylight came I could see the internal patio and pool. It looked great and very cozy, we deeply regreted having planned only a sleep-over there, we wished we would stay longer. I'm not giving it the highest scores because I didn't stay long enough to find out if there would be any problems, but all went very smooth in the aprox. 10 hours we spent there.

The yard was lovely. Hotel is close to large supermarket and restaurant. Quiet location. Breakfast was good. The only problem was our booking was not found when we checked in. We have been charged higher walk-in prices.

Good stay
We were cycling around the Luberon and Pertuis was the starting place for us. The rooms were large - they let us wheel our bikes into our room. We could sit on our terrace outside our room and have our wine. There was a restaurant next door that was very good. They had a pool but it was too cold for me! Very quiet, good clean room, good breakfast. The only thing to know is that it is about a 8 minute cycle ride into town. We have lights on our bikes so that was ok with us (and it was downhill coming home!)
