good value in a good locationPosted Nov 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Nov. 2013: nice hotel. Location is perfect: 2 blocks from the main square. Good value. Breakfast is modest and adequate; decent value relative to the price of the room. Our room had a nice view over the rooftops and to the hills in the distance, however many rooms do not have views. I would readily stay here again if I'm in Perugia.

Clean, safe and reasonable !Posted Jun 24, 2013
Cons: Pillows! Showers could used an update.
This hotel was clean, and reasonable....basic. The pillows were like sleeping on a cracker...a lumpy one at that. Good location and quite.

Great locationPosted Jun 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel is clean, comfortable and in a brilliant location. Two minor hiccups - one can hear noise from other activities in the corridor and the attitude of one person in reception. These really were minor issues which didn't stop me from enjoying my stay. Good value for the amount paid.

Great location but noisyPosted Apr 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
If position is a priority the Hotel Priori is perfect. But be warned, the rooms are small and noisy.

Great if you spend all of your time sight-seeingPosted Jan 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was in Perugia to visit my daughter and the Hotel Priori was very convenient to the center of this beautiful, ancient city. Overall, the Front Desk staff was not kind nor helpful. When we told them that the blow dryer in our room was broken, they kept insisting it wasn't and that we did not understand how to use it. By the second day, we convinced a Front Desk staff member to come up and show us what we were doing wrong. It was broken and they never apologized and kept telling us it would be replaced by "the next person." There was a leak in the hotel lobby and by very early in the morning, hammering and noise were waking us up. The Hotel Priori is inexpensive and in a perfect sight-seeing location, but if you want to spend time in the comfort of your room, you will be unhappy.

Can't ask for a better locationPosted Jun 17, 2012 on Hotels.com
We loved the location and that the building has been such a part of the medieval history of the town. Breakfast was very good and served in a lovely covered patio overlooking the rooftops. People at the desk were more than helpful. It met our expectations considering the price and the age of the building. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is the place in Perugia!Posted Oct 16, 2011 on Hotels.com
But speak a little Italian. The hotel is tucked into a side street (hardly a car can pass), and the rooms looking west have great views. They have a terrace you can hang out on when you're there which is great, but even better, it's a block from the center of town. Just a wonderful place.
