It should be a 3 star, not a 4star hotel.Posted Jun 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was okay---not great. We made the mistake of eating in the hotel one night and were ripped off. We paid 50 euros for a terrible meal.. We were charged 3 euros for bottled water that came in a carafe. I could go on and on.

Wrong locationPosted Dec 3, 2012 on Hotels.com
For the first time I felt let down by hotels.com. The location of this hotel is wrong on the website and map. I thought I was getting a hotel in Perugia but it is actually adjacent to the motorwat about 6-7 km away. This means a 20Euro taxi ride (if you can get one) into Perugia.

great hotelPosted Jul 3, 2012 on Hotels.com
The hotel is great, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The service was fantastic, the room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The people working at the front desk were very helpful. The only down side is that it is located far from the city center. There is a train station close by, about 15-minute walk but the neighborhood is family-friendly so I had no problem with the walk.

Great Pool and SaunaPosted Jul 2, 2012 on Hotels.com
Stayed for a single night on the way to Rome .... travelling with kids the pool came in handy to keep them entertained between tourist destinations. Sauna was a real treat ... nice and hot. Staff were really nice and very helpful. Only criticism was that the pullout couch was not very comfortable for the kids ....

Not in a new area of perugiaPosted Jun 26, 2012 on Hotels.com
Free wi- fi was only good thing. Small rooms . Nothing was close by to walk to. Resturant was not good. Very disappointed.

OK placePosted Jan 10, 2012 on Hotels.com
This hotel is Ok, but far from great. Staff was very nice the first day but the next days they were all very cold. Restaurant people are hideous and breakfast is ok. Location is good, very close to the escalators that lead to city center. Would not stay there again. Too pricey for what it really is.

Perugia Park Hotel: quiet rooms, helpful staffPosted Aug 5, 2011 on Hotels.com
The hotel is situated off Perugia's city center (in the district of Ponte di San Giovanni), but is of a high quality level. Moreover, Park hotel has its own transfer service, to bring you and your luggage, for example, to nearby Ponte di San Giovanni's railway station. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, and the room tidy and quiet. The hotel has a great swimming pool.

Loved itPosted Aug 4, 2009 on Hotels.com
It was about 10 minutes from Assisi but the hotel was so nice I didn't want to leave to drive up there. The place was so clean and roomy. It was a slow time but they opened the pool for my kids even though it wasn't yet time. The breakfast was your standard cereal, coffee, meats and cheeses, toast tea, yogurt, croissants, and more. the beds were comfy and king. I was so happy with this place. They spoke english also.

Well Located HotelPosted May 16, 2008
Very pleasant hotel well situated for road rail and bus routes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The curtosy bus to airport was appreciated. Lovely pool and fitness facilities. If in that part of the world again would definately stay at this hotel.
