I’ve been here several times and have always had an enjoyable stay. The breakfast in the morning is always hot and ready to go on time! The staff is very super nice and polite. The grounds look great. I really like this property. Thank you for my enjoyable stay!

Comfortable!
This is my favorite place along the highway in Sonoma county. It's clean, comfortable, and priced right. Plus their staff are excellent. I always look forward to my stay.

I got charged double on my stay. I only stayed one night and it shows an extra night. I will be disputing with my bank and Quality Inn.

Will do in a pinch.
The man who was at the reservation desk wasn’t pleasant, but he did his job. I often wish people would smile and make you feel welcomed. The place is not bad for the price point. The place wasn’t bad, it was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I used the gym, which was a room converted into a simple work out room. I could not use the pool or hot tub because it was cold outside. The breakfast was average, but a welcoming lady manages it, and the food was not bad.

I have stayed at this property so many times throughout the years this is the first time I've had such a bad experience upon arrival we were told that our room it's not available two Queens with a jacuzzi we receive one King standard room with a shower gentleman said they were sold out on the one I purchased so we can take this one I need to take this one and they will change it in the morning it never got changed I was also told that even though I purchased that room it was not guarantee it was guaranteed first come first serve that makes no sense why would I purchase when you will not get it I had to change room myself 3:30 in the afternoon the lady on staff was very helpful to get the wrong room change also I was advice on check in that I would be refunded for the problem on Friday that never happened
