Enjoyed our stay! Hot tub not available which was disappointing and in room coffee maker was gross and unusable. Overall experience was positive.

For catching an early flight when leaving Mackinac Island or needing to stay over after the last ferry run, it's up to the task. People could not be nicer and more accommodating. Clean rooms, good breakfast

Overall a good hotel, rooms could use a little refresh. Breakfast starts at 5am so that is great

great hotel!Posted Aug 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was great. Could have provided a more comfy chair so I would have a place to sit and read. My table had been broken and badly repaired. Not enough restaurant choices, had to have dinner at the airport. Food there was excellent - service was great. Given the fact of Pellston being a tiny town, was not surprised at the lack of dining facilities. Overall - great experience with great mid-western charm and hospitality.
