“great vacation spot”

We recently stayed at Pointes North for our vacation. We traveled with 2 teenagers. The condo we rented was very nice, clean and had a lot of room. The kids were up in the loft/bedroom after we went to bed and we couldn't hear them at all. The kitchen in the unit was very well stocked with cooking/eating supplies. We had a problem with the first room we were in, and the management was very accomodating and moved us to a new unit. Pool was smaller than it looks on the pictures and was nice, but the only drawback was that it was right on the street and passerby could look over the fence, not very private. We will definately stay there again!

“Wonderful place for the price”

We stayed here for one night during the area's off season, so we could catch the Beaver Island Ferry the next day. It was nearly perfect in all ways, except the off season breakfast was, well, what one would expect...

“Convenienetly located to shops and resteraunts”

Hotel is in walking distance to downtown Charlevoix. Rooms are set up nicely, lot of space. Extra sitting area with wet bar is very nice.

“very nice experience”

We were very impressed by the helpfulness of all the employees we met during our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely go and stay again.
