In the middle of everything

Posted Jun 11, 2013
Pros: The location was great you were on two main roads. You could get anywhere in only a few minutes.
Cons: The beds are a little hard. They also did not have any secondary locks for their doors.
Booked a room for two days while we were in for the Michigan Mountain Mayhem. The staff was very friendly from the time we checked in until we checked out. We basically only used the room to shower and sleep. We will look into staying again for next years race.

Best accomodations in the area for the price!

Posted Sep 10, 2012
Pros: Location to things/events in the Petoskey area.
Cons: Irony tasting well water.
Location: Perfect! Right on 131 within walking distance to Walloon Lake.
Under new ownership and currently being renovated. Our room was large, clean, and well taken care of. The pool and spa isn't ready yet which was a bit of a bummer.

Give this Hotel a Try!

Posted Sep 9, 2012
The Hotel is currently under renovation but that did not affect our stay or the condition of our room in any way. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot were also included. The staff were wonderful at all times of the day and night. Thanks for everything.

Great Location

Posted Sep 1, 2012
The hotel is in a great location between Petoskey and Boyne. We had a very nice stay, mainly sleeping in the hotel but why would you spend time in a hotel when you are in Northern Michigan. Clean Rooms and bathrooms everyday, New owner has more pride than last.

Cheaper and better then the others in town

Posted Jul 17, 2012
Pros: Clean and tended to well
Cons: No pool do to damage being repaired. Breakfast right now is donuts and coffee/juice. Waiting on the breakfast room to be updated and remodeled.
Location: If using GPS you need to use the location 2600 Springvale Road, Boyne Falls. But it is right on the south east corner of US 131 and Springvale road.
Under new owners. They are remodeling all the rooms. So far they have ten room available. They are in the process of adding a breakfast room for their continetal breakfast, their pool is being repaired sadly that ment it is down for the summer. Gonna be an excelent place to stay when they are done with the remodeling.

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Lights outside door attract bugs and turning off the light was not possible
Location: Centrally located
The hotel needs some TLC on the outside but it is clean, the rooms are nice, its reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly and professional. I would stay again. Great place to stay
