Very relaxing and peaceful location, and an excellent place to unwind. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and always attentive. The food was very good, with different choices everyday for both western and local food. The two main swimming pools are excellent. The princess villa room was spacious, well furnished and very clean. The four poster bed was also very comfortable, although the mosquito nets around the bed were needed !

Very nice resort for a short break
This is a nice resort for someone who wants a short break. Even you have to take 4 hours train plus car from Saigon to go there. I think at the end it still worth it. The villa is very spacious and the little pool inside is nice. However this resort is a bit aged. I believe it must be spectacular when it first opened. The staff are very friendly but there are big rooms for improvement in their English level. This resort is located in the middle of no where, so it’s very quiet. But you also cannot go out to eat outside. Food in the restaurant is very pricy. It’s almost like double from a decent restaurant in Saigon. But the quality is not bad (but not excellent). After all, I would still highly recommend this resort for someone who either live in Saigon or you have been to Saigon many times and want a more relaxing weekend.

Very nice place but some issues.
Very good stay in this hotel. Very nice staf and service. Two issues however : the kids club is really a club (no schedules activity for kids - it’s just a room for kids) and the WiFi is really bad. The staf is very present and nice : just have to increase the English level a little. The restaurant food is very good. The problem is that there is only one restaurant in fact ... so at the end it’s a little bit boring because no other restaurants in the neighborhood. And at the end it’s a bit expensive. Otherwise the hotel is very nice : beautiful garden and nice beach (but dirty around the hotel). It’s a place where you just have to stay and have rest : nothing to do or to see around.

Beautiful setting, lovely hotel grounds with great pools. Disappointing Christmas dinner and service for whole stay very average, no attention to detail in restaurant, multiple times we were without drinks and had to flag down staff. An actual staffed kids club would be a great addition, currently only a very basic play room available.

Overall the service was outstanding. The resort was good, however in need of some maintenance, looking a tad aged with cracks and 1/2 the princess villas are not finished and 2/3 empress villas not finished.. it's a shame to have such a nice resort in a sad state.. although they try to hide it you can still see the ruins that should be finished rooms.. also common areas not finished like the whole top floor of the restaurant.. still worth the stay

The beach was poorly maintained. It was dirty and there was a lot of trash. The water that day was murky and we were unable to swim because of how uncomfortable we were with the . I could also tell that the slippers in the room were reused... that was disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Dining room service was excellent.

A quiet luxury hotel
Thoroughly recommend. About 3.5 to 4 hours from HCMC(Saigon). Hotel organised pick up from our city hotel and back again to the airport cost around £42 each way per person. This hotel is just what is needed after the hustle and bustle of HCMC. Not really suitable for children as most people are relaxing and the ambiance is for a quiet, relaxation in luxurious surroundings. Hotel looks quite clinical on the photos however it is not so, the surroundings are laid out like a botanical garden interspersed with pools where we were often swimming on our own. Many of the rooms have their own pools so the communal pools of which there are four, are not used a lot of the time. Rooms are huge with lovely balconies and furniture with steps down to pool and garden areas. The food is excellent all a la carte and a good mixture of Asian and European and the restaurant is well managed. Eggs benedict for breakfast is wonderful. There is not much to do around the hotel but the spa is lovely and we borrowed a couple of bikes and cycled early in the morning to watch the fishing boats selling their wares.

The perfect relaxation retreat
Upon arrival to the local train station we were collected by an excellent driver in a nice people carrier and offered water and freshening towels. The villa was spacious and clean, with little gifts left each day. Everything was available that we needed including a beach bag, slippers,robes etc. Breakfast was a nice affair with a bread and cake basket to begin and usually a smoothie. The staff were all great and could speak basic English, however Richie who we assume was the service manager was absolutely excellent and checked in with us every time we crossed paths. She is a credit to the hotel. The pool was lovely and clean and even mosquito cream was provided. The food was delicious too but we were sad not to hav enough time to enjoy the spa. The only thing we didn't expect was children in the resort but this didn't impact on our trip in all honesty.

The resort it self was modern and beautiful. The staff were polite and courteos. The negative for us was the restaurant which served really average food for a five star resort. The beach was nothing to write home about and the resort was 30km out of town.

Really beautiful resort, everything was so clean and the communal pools were fantastic especially the restaurant area and infinity pool which had a great ocean view. The extensive gardens were lovely to walk around as well. This is a great resort if you want to just relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Multiple beautiful pools and a beautiful beach. The resort is a little older but the rooms are extremely clean and large. We had a private plunge pool and lounge area that we used everyday. Food was good and expensive for Vietnam but reasonably priced for a nice resort. Good mix of international and local cuisine. We'd definitely stay again.

Probably our first experience of being treated like valued guests without regard to our booking process. Greeted by the general manager, made to feel special by all staff, who were almost universally delightful people; it was the perfect holiday.

Exclusive Hotel near the Beach
Our visit to Vietnam was amazing and this hotel really added to the experience. Originally staying in Ho Chi Minh City, it was about a 4.5 hour drive to the Princess d'Annam Resort & Spa. It was well worth the drive. A) The drive was a great way to see the country-side of Vietnam; B) Once there, the hotel catered to our needs so well that we were able to fully relax. It is secluded, private, and luxurious.

Lovely resort with a first rate staff. Beautiful gardens, well maintained beach and very nice pools scattered through the resort. It is secluded so there is no "quick trip" into town but you can arrange a variety of activities if you chose. My wife and I simply enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the fantastic staff. You could not ask for a friendlier, more helpful group. The resort also has a great spa (which my wife and I used several times) and a excellent restaurant. The food is fantastic, fresh, well presented and absolutely delicious. If you are looking for relaxation, time away from the normal stresses of life. This is highly recommended.

Best beach resort in south Vietnam
Almost alone on a wonderfull stretch of beach, that small luxury hotel makes you feel almost like Robinson Crusoe. We found nices shells walking toward the sand dunes and loved discovering the real Vietnamese rural life riding the hotel free bikes! Luckily enough, the restaurant is amazingly good, because there is nothing around exept groves of fruits of the dragon and a little fisherman village... Really nice staff and beautiful gardens, the Princess villas are really worth the price with their private pools!

Great Place to Escape
This is a good resort in the middle of nowhere - exactly what we wanted - and represents fair value. The rooms are big, comfortable and well maintained. The gardens are beautiful. Food is excellent, staff are nice though some lack language skills. Facilities are in good condition and there are plenty of beach toys but the resort does unexpectedly charge for non-motorised craft such as catamarans and kayaks. Guests are from all four corners with the majority from Russia. Only quibble I had was that wine prices are very high - unrealistic - although the GM said he was reviewing both the pricing and the list itself. In conclusion, I would recommend this resort - my family had a great time.

Fantastic ameneties and excellent food, local and European style. Activities for young children, beach and kids club. Its a 5-6 hour drive from airport and the resort is an hour from the nearest city with any real infrastructure -if that doesn't bother you, this is a great hotel.

Relaxing break
Really nice week spent at Princess D'Annam. Lots of attention to detail in both service and the presentation of the place. Spa treatments quite reasonably priced once discounts are factored in. Likewise the menu was good value and well varied. It's quite isolated so not a good base for exploring - we didn't leave the resort for a week, but that was no bad thing. Would definitely recommend.

beautiful location, right on the beach with palm trees. The Hotel looks very new and has all the amenities you need, the rooms are very clean and big. There are multiple swimming pools. From the Hotel restaurant you have a beautiful view over the ocean and beach. Restaurant food is of very good quality. The best thing about the Hotel is its staff, they are so service oriented that they really make you feel welcome and feel you are a special guest, not just another face in the crowd.

Superb Luxury Resort in Vietnam
This is one of the most beautiful resorts in which we have ever had the pleasure of staying. It is set on a gorgeous private beach with nothing except a little fishing village a few hundred yards away. There are four lovely pools scattered around the immaculate gardens into which the villas are set, including a huge infinity edge pool just steps from the beach. The villas themselves are supremely comfortable and spacious, and the large spa has rooms and treatments for everyone. The staff is welcoming and ready to help in any possible way. The breakfast was outstanding in quality and variety, and the rest of the food and beverage was just as great. There are a number of excursions available, but we liked the place so much we limited ours to walks on the beach and a bike ride in the nearby countryside.

I would highly recommend this hotel for a "zen" get-away! The staff was professional and the food was delicious! I recommend one of the special menus - we had the tasting menu and loved it! The atmosphere is classy but casual - a very relaxing time! We will be in Vietnam for 5 years and plan to go back to this hotel many times!

Very nice resort with wonderful villa's, friendly staff and a nice beach. The location could be a setback if you want to spend your evenings in town (resort is approx. 30Km from Phan Thiet), but as the mager told us, this is a resort for busy people or romantic couples who want to get away of it all. In that context it is just about perfect.

3度目の滞在。天国のようなリゾート。とても静かで美しいホテル。部屋も広く清掃も完璧。スタッフも笑顔で対応してくれるのでとても気持ち良かった。海に面したインフィニティのようなプールとその横でくつろぐだけで生きてて良かった！と思えます。レストランの食事や飲み物はも品数は多くないがリーズナブルでおいしい。絶対にまた行きたい。

We stayed in Princess d'An Nam for 5 nights and came there at the end of the new year celebration, which was a bonus. From the start the staff made us feel welcome, from the reception to the bar/restaurant. The hotel is quite remote, but the view and surroundings are perfect! It's not much more to say than that the food, the staff and the hotel itself is perfect. We got exactly what we were hoping for, and we are planning to return (first hotel i have ever wanted to go back to) Bonus: The fish is caught in the morning, the fruit and vegetables is grown right next to the hotel!

große villa und wunderschöner garten
+ große zimmer + pool vor dem zimmer + unsagbar toller garten (und auch sehr gepflegt) + bett war sehr bequem - das resort muss dringend renoviert werden - das frühstück ist für ein 5 sterne hotel nicht angemessen - der service von der rezeption ist super. jeglichen service am pool haben wir vermisst und im restaurant mussten wir denn kaffee jeden morgen mehrmals bestellen wir würden es nicht empfehlen, da es dringend renoviert werden muss.
