The staff was very nice. We got to the room and when we got in bed my wife felt a pinch. It was a finger nail left on the bed sheets. I will not be going back to this hotel

Pros: Big Bed, Close to Airport
Cons: Vending Machine on floor other than main floor

Quick in, quick out, clean, comfortable, shuttle was often and mine was on time. Price was right.

On an island between highwaysPosted Dec 21, 2014
Pros: Pretty much nothing
Cons: Fix all of the electronic things they have that don't work, and mop the floor on occasion.
Location: Get on a plane and leave
This place seems like a shiny turd. Unfortunately the shine has worn off a bit, and the place is dingy and quickly going out of style. They have posters about the bands and stuff that play at their hotels, but I'd be happier to not see a giant water spot on the ceiling and mildew on the bathroom floor. I'm usually not too hard on hotels, or very picky, but this place straight up sucked.

Happy Clients :)Posted Dec 18, 2014
I arrived at 11:30pm and was hungry. The lady at the desk offered to order us pizza unfortunately the pizza place was closing. The bartendar agreed to stay open a little longer and made us some quick snacks and gave us drinks - truly appreciated.

Nice hotel love the viewPosted Dec 1, 2014
It was very clean and comfortable, I love the bathroom and the view. I was able to hook my laptop up to the flatscreen tv so I really enjoyed it. The hotel doesnt give robes and slippers but everything else is great.

HotelPosted Nov 25, 2014
Pros: The only thing I liked about this hotel was the lobby it was a chill place to hang out and there was a pool table which we used both nights we stayed.
Cons: How the employees accommodate to their guests needs.
Location: It's close to the high way which made it easy to travel and really close to the airport if you are flying.
Was not happy with the fact I had to pay to park at the hotel. I had to pay for internet if I wanted to use it even in the lobby. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and have never had to pay for parking nor internet. The pool was freezing drink prices were outrageous. I also requested to be in a room next to family when the room was first booked. So when I got there brought it up again and was told no one even tried to put us in rooms beside each other and that they were sorry. Was given a hard time about wanting an extended check out as well. Overall not happy and probably will never stay in Aloft hotel again.

The Front Desk staff were VERY accommodating on a really busy Philadelphia Marathon weekend. It made our stay extremely enjoyable.
