Nice hotel I like the way it looks,

I went out for three(3) hrs in the morning but, when I came back my room was not even up I have to wait for an hr more in the lobby. Everything else was great after that..

Modern looking design but dirty

Pros: Modern European design
Cons: Housekeeping
Rejected first room for loud ac unit but second room had same issue and stained sheets on bed. Thank God second room had two beds! Carpets in the hallway were filthly, and when I checked out, they said they were under construction. Why can't they vacuum??

Cons: Dont overbook. Be professional. Accommodate the customer when you have an issue that arises rather then give the "oh well" attitude.
Location: Philly is awesome.
They overbooked the hotel and after a long trip we waited for an hr for them to send us to their sister property Sheraton Suites. The room was dirty, the shower was broken and the air return cover was not secured to the wall and when bringing in our bags the metal cover fell on my foot and i was wearing sandals. The hotel did nothing to resolve this issue professionally and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: very clean rooms
Cons: very pricey snacks; had to pay to park; shuttle only to airport
Location: Philadelphia was nice to visit
We travelled to the area for a half marathon; would have preferred to stay in the downtown area, but all reasonable hotels were filled

Location: 5 minutes from the airport.
I love staying at this hotel chain. They checked me in on the first floor, and it smelled very musty in the hallway near the room. I was too tired to complain, because it was late at night. I think this was because of the swimming pool. The carpet was well-worn and the sink and bathroom area very dirty grout in between the brick flooring. I showered in the morning and realized later that the water had seeped into the main area and into the carpet. I checked out and inform them of this. I think they need to keep the rooms in a state of better maintenance.

The A Loft staff were great and very polite. It was very easy at check in and the room was easy to find. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a comfortable and modern hotel. I will definitely be there again.

Stay here only if you're stuck at the airport

The first front desk clerk was great--the overnight clerk was not helpful. The floors are FILTHY. I needed a blanket and an order out menu, they never brought it so I had to go get it. The clerk comes out with a sheet, citing they had run out of blankets. The first clerk walked out and found out I'd never had my request fulfilled so she said dinner was on them. They brought the dinner, cold, and without silverware. I took 5 sheets to make up for the blanket. Both clerks confirmed that they don't have housekeeping and they are always full. Well if you are always full, you are making money, hire a full time housekeeper--the entire hotel is FILTHY and in disrepair. Icing on the cake, I'm rushing to a meeting and I can't get out the front gate. I run back into the hotel and she tells me to use my room key. I turned in my room key when I checked out. Oh. She hands me a ticket. Jeez. Thx. As nonchalant as the day is long.

This was a great place to stay. It was very convenient to stay at and the shuttle service was define tl ya plus from the airport to the hotel. They came by every 30 min no matter what time. The front desk staff was awesome! I love Danielle and angel super nice girls! They knew where to go, what to see what the best way of transportation and shopping I should take. Love this place and I would stay again! Modern, bar at the hotel.
