It was a good stay, however the fridge isn’t work and there was a commotion in the parking lot. Overall good. I think the breakfast should have different kind of meat.

Smelled like cigarettes everywhere. Had to stay elsewhere. Hoping we get refunded but Expedia holds Best Western accountable and Best Western holds Expedia accountable. Terrible experience all around. If we don't receive refund BBB will be notified. Also no one answers phone EVER at Best Western ... Even Expedia tried ...

The room was nothing like the pictures that were presented online. We got there and got to the room - no toilet paper, barely any towels and the bed was a rock. It was not comfortable by any means.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. House keeping was prompt when we needed repairs and stuff. Hot water was instantaneous and constant. The water pressure was also good. Enjoyable stay overall.

There was nothing wrong with the material aspect of the property. The room was nice, the temperature control worked, the parking lot made parking easy. The check in staff weren't hospitable/friendly. The other staff seemed fine. No one was 2SLGBTQIA friendly, but the hotel isn't labeled as a safe space so you'll have that. The thing was, this place was absolutely filthy. I took pictures because it was that unbelievable, but there's no way to post them. There was hair from multiple people everywhere- on the toilet seat, in the beds, in the bathtub, on the tables, on the floor, etc. I'm pretty sure no one has ever cleaned the furniture. One of the chairs had brown crusty stuff on it, plus a pool of something sticky on the seat, plus other stuff on it. Everything else was just as bad. The towels were gross. My wife wouldn't use the bathroom until she cleaned it, and what came off on those rags !!!! You would have to see it to believe it. The worst part was the floor by the beds. Your socks would turn black by the time you crossed the room, which meant we couldn't just relax and kick our shoes off at the end of the day. You could only sit on the bed because your clothes would get damaged if you sat on the other furniture from the filth, so it led to keeping shoes on and trying not to put shoes on the bed. We weren't able to be comfortable, we weren't able to rest, we had to do our own cleaning, and we didn't feel welcome. Kinda voids the point of staying in a hotel.

I stayed here two weeks for a business trip, which occurred on short notice. Pretty decent breakfast, laundry facilities and rooms at a reasonable price. Only downsides were that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and the gym facilities were quite limited.

Wouldn't stay here again... dusty room broken lampshades sticky blowdryer but the worst was the bathroom cracked tile and the tub was not cleaned at all. We had to wipe out the yellow ring and someone elses hair housekeeping not available til 7:30am and we were checking out early tub doesn’t drain either. The room should have cost us $50 not $125 for the night 8 hours later after check out still waiting for a phone call from the manager. I've stayed in better motel 6 and super 8. This place is privately owned and terrible.

I have stayed at other Best Westerns and I have never left a negative review before. Unfortunately this location was below average compared to other BW. Location is in the middle of an industrial park which contributed to the feeling of stark, dim, and isolated. Coffee in the lobby mid day was cold both times I tried. Elevator was dirty and door and mechanics were loud and made it feel unsafe. I opted to use the stairwell the remainder of the stay. New flooring, linens, and towels in room however brown furniture was old and didnt match the Grey faux wood floor. Low water pressure for toilet and the shower was very slow to drain resulting in showering in a quarter of the tub filled while showering. Breakfast was marginal acceptable and limited/very basic with bare minimum.. No peanut butter for toast...if there was even enough bread to make toast. Decaf coffee decanter was broken. I ended up buying breakfast food at the store and eat in my room, however the refrigerator ended up freezing my food....even after adjusting temp each day. Admittedly I never complained or asked for fixing. Once the numerous issues continued I figured there was no point and I didnt have the time or energy to spare.

The staff was very friendly and excellent but the room was not clean and definitely needs renovations. The toilet was for an elementary student. The room needs a total upgrade. I would not recommend this hotel until the renovations are complete

I was very disappointed with the condition of the bathroom. The sink stopper would not operate, the toilet anchor covers were laying on the floor, and the toilet seat front bumpers were missing. Also,the TV channels were restricted to only a few junk programs. None of the national channels were available (ABC, NBC, or CBS)

The outside of the hotel looks welcoming, however the inside is dated and not modern. The heat/air unit very noisy. Bathroom backed up after use. Shower is adaquate but no barrier to prevent water from flowing in bathroom floor. Will not stay in such hotel again. $75.00 is held on your card for 3-5 business days for incidentals and / or damage. I see no need for this because the hotel is already in poor condition internally.

I can not believe that Hotel.com would rate this hotel as high as it did. The rooms are completely outdated. Any repairs in the bathroom were not done by a professional and the caulking was all over the baseboards which ,add it look dirty. We had trouble with our TV and were told the “technician” was not on the premise and would be back in the morning. We were going down to breakfast so we stopped at the front desk to remind them of the tv situation and to request tissues which were not in the dispenser. The response was very curt and dismissive. We were paying customers and believe we should have been treated with respect and courtesy. We did not dare take the elevator which was making very loud ,very strange noises. Fortunately, we were on the second floor and did not have to carry our luggage up too many flights of steps. Never again!
