Reasonable for the price

Posted Jul 2, 2015
The overall perception is good. Location is convenient (15 min from the airport and 30 min from Philadelphia). Service was good. Require some improvement in cleaning and fixing some minor bathroom details.

Pros: Free internet, breakfast
Cons: Everything
Location: Run down, nothing close by, not safe
Good points - Free internet, breakfast very good. Bad points - Old, worn carpets, very run down area, no place to eat, don't feel safe outside the hotel.

Decent hotel for a decent price.

Posted Jun 26, 2015
I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and it was a very pleasant and warm experience. The receptionists were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room and bathrooms were very clean. All the services were up to the mark. The only drawback was that it's located far off from the city center, where I had to go. Since I had to give an exam there, it was quite exhausting for me to travel a lot to get back to the hotel. But if you're there for tourism/travel, that shouldn't be a problem. They have a 24hr shuttle service to the airport. On the whole, I thank the hotel for making my stay comfortable.

The Family Obligation

Posted Jun 24, 2015
Pros: Clean and Cool
Cons: No
Location: Various restaurants and a university
We traveled to Philadelphia for family gatherings. I have nothing but praise for the hotel. The room was the three c's: clean, cool, and comfortable. Having stayed by the airport in a previous visit, it was nice to be in a neighborhood. The family gatherings went well, the extra day, not so well, but the hotel was a nice oasis to come back to in from city center. The staff was very helpful and Ms. Laura went the extra mile. We would definitely stay there again.

June stay

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Comfort
Cons: Didn't know you had to put the towels on the floor. That should be stated at the time of check-in
Location: 7-11
The staff was responsive and helpful with great customer service. The door would stick against the rug, but the overall condition of the room was excellent and clean. The kitchen should provide alternative to pork sausage and have boiled eggs as well as scrambled. The checkout and checkin was smooth. The parking is right there and a 7-11 is next door.

Chester BestWestern

Posted Jun 18, 2015
Pros: Location, Free parking, Wi-Fi, breakfast.Proximity to 7-Eleven, bank, public transport,Shuttle srvce, microwave, refrigerator.
Cons: Staff presence at front desk. Often had to call for attendant. Maybe put a bell on the desk.
Location: The Chester location allows for short travel to the tri-state area attractions: Phila nitelife; restaurants, museums; Wilmington, DE tax-free shopping
I had a very comfortable business suite with king sized bed, sofa bed, two TVs. The room was just the right size, clean and well appointed; however, I couldn't leave the shades open too long due to dormitory room view 90 degrees to the right. Proximity to 7-Eleven, a bank, ample free parking, and breakfast were a bonus. The hallway and elevator air conditioner did not seem to be functioning. The hallway and elevator were very muggy and warm. The only vending machine located on the second floor was never replenished and all of the beverages were sold out our entire stay.

Philadelphia Airport Best Western

Posted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: Convenient to PPL Field and Lincoln Financial Stadium for sporting events. Hotel was just off I 95.
The hotel was ideal for the sporting venues that we attended Memorial Day weekend. Was disappointed that the curtains would not close completely to block the outside lamp shinning, or the sun in the morning. Also had signed up for 2 queen beds, that were not available, and ended up having to use a cot. to sleep on.

Close to Wells Fargo Center for a concert

Pros: How clean it was.
Cons: Some of the staff were too busy talking to pay attention to the front desk.
Only stayed one night but the room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good.
