“Nice little gem in Center City.”
Loved this hotel. You can get extra pillows, blankets, coffee for yourself in a common storage area on each floor. So loved the small cell-like room I had. Great quality to price ratio. I can only speak to those traveling alone, but thought the smallish room I had was just perfect. Davio's restaurant downstairs (with room service) was fabulous.
“Can't wait to return”
This hotel is located perfectly in central Philadelphia directly across street from Liberty Place shopping center and walking distanct to all the night life and restaurants. I was so impressed with the privacy, elegance and quality of the room for such a resonable price. I will definately book this hotel my next trip to Philly.
“small but chic”
This was my third stay at Club Quarters, which is conveniently located between Rittenhouse Square and the convention center and in the heart of Philadelphia's best dining and shopping district. The rooms are small but comfortable and stylish: lots of dark wood and a convenient desk and workspace. Ideal for the business traveler. If you don't have a laptop with Wi-Fi to use in your room, there are two computers in the lobby available for guest use (but there's often a line). The lobby is "clubby" and cozy.
“Would go again”
good downtown location and price is right
“pleasantly surprised”
after booking this hotel, i read some awful reviews of the hotel. so i had a few concerns upon arriving. but the fact of the matter is that i had NO problems checking in and no problems getting around the hotel. it was nice to be in a "downtown hotel" of a major city without the attitude of a "downtown hotel." i made sure i had a list of other Club Quarter hotels so that i could stay there when i'm in other cities. i thoroughly enjoyed my experience.
“Great place to stay.”
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Club Quarters in Philly. The bathroom was small and there is no parking at the hotel are my only complaints. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is right in the center of the city, easy to get around, within walking distance of the convention center. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends.
“Good hotel / location for the money”
We stayed over July 4th weekend. It was located right in the heart of a busy street (we passed the subtle sign of the entrance twice before we found it!), not far from LOVE park and with a small mall across the street. It was in a great location for getting the Phlash or to travel around town, and not too far from any of the main attractions (South Street, Olde City, museums, etc). The hotel staff were very friendly, and let us leave our luggage there when we arrived before check in so we could hit the town without worrying about finding parking and dragging it in later. As for parking, you can get a %15 discount at a nearby parking garage validated by the hotel, but we were able to find on-street parking most of the time. The only quirk to the hotel that took a little getting used to was the two-elevator system (one to the lobby, one to the room), but great for security! Quick check out was great, too. Did not get to try Davios, but it looked good! Overall, we were very satisfied & would definitely stay there again.
“Good choice.”
Club Quarters is a nice choice for a Philadelphia stay. Service was good and having Davio's restaurant co-located there was convenient. Wireless access was included which is a strong plus for me, and the lobby area had several web terminals and printers as well. I had a very comfortable room although the rooms vary in size and I had one of the larger ones. The only inconvenience is parking which is in a public garage across the street. Still, I would rate this hotel highly.
“Great Location”
Right outside of the hotel door there are places to eat and shop! My husband and I walked all around the location and had lots to see and do. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. They had the best feather pillows. The rooms were clean. They could give you a few more towels and the bathrooms are pretty small, but nothing to spoil the stay. Front desk was very helpful.
“A great place to stay and see some History!”
A quaint little hotel only ten blocks West of the "Most Historical Square Mile" in the US. A nice easy wolk or even a subway ride. A very clean and quiet place close to shopping, dining, and theatre. We'd definitly do it again.
