I expected a full service restaurant on the premises however there was a restaurant a short walk across the parking lot.

It is convienient to Parx casino. Couldn't read the lettering on the Body Wash, Conditioner and Shampoo in the shower! Maybe put lables on them for old people??

I stay here routinely for work4 times in the past 6 months. It has been under construction for a long time. The staff is not accomodating and act like they are being bothered. Amenities are always closed and off limits. Noise and construction early in the am.

Restful respite
This hotel is my weekend get away spot. Hotel has some beautiful scenery. It's quiet. Offers an excellent breakfast. Staff at the cafe are wonderful. Nice fridge and microwave is offered in the room to accommodate. Some construction was going on so it was noisy at times during Saturday day. Also, the room was very hot but I was able to adjust the room temperature . I'll be back.
Back of hotel is some beautiful scenery from a nearby park as well as a nice outdoor patio for guests.

I am a diabetic, and we had no refrigerator in our room for my insulin. There was a spot for one and there was just a bucket.. facility is under construction and seemed disjointed.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and accommodating from front desk to restaurant. Over and above, opened a meeting room to show a non televised Thursday Night football game for guests.

I didn’t like that Expedia’s rate was so high. When I got their I saw the room I stayed in listed at almost 1/2 the price I paid. I’m addition I paid for a breakfast buffet but sight doesn’t offer that. Instead I had the same meal every morning. Options were really cheap for what was being paid.

Properties were beautiful. Room was satisfactory. A/C was not functioning properly. We had a conference room and while the catered food was good, we were not provided with an adequate amount of water throughout the day.

Was a nice clean friendly place only problem I had was I prepaid the room and when I got they said I didn’t pay but got it sorted it out quick she was helpful and had a great attitude to help me out

My family of 5 (3 kids) stayed here for one night. The staff was friendly, kind, helpful and easily approached. The facility was beautiful and clean. We loved the pool and hot tub as well as the Bistro area for food and drinks. The hotel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. We would recommend to anyone and definitely stay again.

Just a regular hotel. Clean but nothing special. The price was astronomical. Absolutely not worth over $300 a night. Especially considering there is no kitchen, no breakfast, and the room is average. Only stay here if you can get a reasonable price.
