Easy parking and access to Center City Philly

It was a pleasant experience. The room started a little cold but that was easily fixed. Definitely would come back

Nice hotel and people are servicial

I stayed in this hotel due to nearby universities, plus some nice malls.

Nice and clean

It is a very nice clean hotel. I didn't get to use hot tub because there were kids under 10 yrs old in there. That was my only complaint. I will definitely come back again:-)

Pros: easy access to highway and centrally located. great gym facility. good beer on tap at the bar.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged a shuttle to the train station.

Do not stay here unless you have a car.

Pros: The staff was competent and very friendly.
Cons: The heating system. No mini-bar.
This hotel is probably very convenient for people who are driving. If you are not, it is not the place to stay. The hotel does its best to be accommodating by running a free shuttle to take you to downtown locations but getting back is at your own peril... The hotel is very basic. The saving grace is the staff which is competent and very accommodating and friendly. Only fast food restaurants in walking distance.

I feel that this hotel has really improved. The first time I stayed the room felt clammy and humid, but I have no complaints this time!

No safe and no hot water or heat.

I have stayed here several times in the past. They still do not have a safe in your room for valubles which I would expect at this price level. Now the thermostat is set at 71 degrees and no matter how high you turn it it will not go above that setting and it was cold in our room the whole 4 days we stayed there. Also on Saturday morning there was no hot water. So a very cool shower and a cool room not a good combination. Moving on to somewhere else next time.

We did have an unexpected mechanical issues with one of our boilers the weekend you were with us. We understand how difficult this was for our guests, and we had a team on site working around the clock until the service was restored. Check-in was great.. The room wasn't

I was very pleased when I first got to the hotel. The young lady that checked us in was a sweet woman that helped us check in early. The room was dirty thought, you can hear everything going on in other guest's rooms while in your room. The bathroom was dirty, towels we're hard as bricks. It was awful. I hate that I picked this hotel.

Nice staff, good location

Pros: The staff, they way they considered all guests experience with a large group of 8th grade girls staying on the same hall.
Our stay at this hotel for work purposes was very good. The staff were very nice. My door key did not work each day but they quickly resolved the situation. This did not happen to anyone else in my group. There was a very large group of 8th grade girls on a class field trip in rooms near our room but the hotel staff did an exceptional job making sure they stayed quiet (they posted a staff member in the hallway).
