Hotel sorry....just OK for money.

Pros: it was equal distant to UPENN and Villanova

Location: would not recommend TGI fridays across the parking lot. Food so so and very LOUD! waitress very nice!! Californai Pizza close by...better for family
I realize that hotels in the city are going to be more expensive but for $150+ ,I expected a little more particularly as it is not located in the heart of Phili. The staff were nice but room was small with 2 double beds instead of Queens. the TV reception was of poor quality. I was surprised that on our 2 day stay, the beds were remade but they left the top sheet that had come off the night before, in a pile on the made bed and I had to remake the bed myself. The bathroom was not cleaned up at all and although I don't usually request new dry towels, it was not even an option. The hot tub was out of order. Hotel decor is a bit dated and could be a ittle cleaner in general. Would probably not stay here again but at the time, this was the most reasonable price in the best area for college visits we were making in and around the city.

It is certainly not our standard to leave beds unmade. Each room that housekeeping services is to have the bathroom refreshed, and if any towels are left on the floor we do replace them. Our Director of Housekeeping is looking into what occurred in regards to your room, and we will be taking action with those involved. We understand how much our guests enjoy the hot tub, and it was disappointing to us to have the close it for the emergency repair. It is now currently operable, and we are pleased to share that we are in the planning stages for an entire property renovation. Crowne Plaza West Philly

Pros: Good parking, close to city, plenty of food options nearby.
Cons: Swimming pool was cold.
Location: Reading Terminal Market was really cool and the Zoo is very close.
My only complaint is the swimming pool was cold the whole time, they said it would warm up eventually but it never did. The restaurant/bar is very good. Overall a good value.

We did recently have to turn the pool heater off for some maintenance, and when we restored it, it did take a couple days for the pool to get to optimum temperature. Suits its purpose

Pros: Good location.
Cons: Staff response to heavy demands.
Location: Lots of eating places in walking distance, as well as a Target.
Fine location, etc., but the hotel was full for misc. special events and the staff seemed to have little experience managing the influx of visitors.

Walking distance from some decent chain dining. Nice staff. Overall good hotel. Nothing wrong with this place.

I stayed one night for a conference. The hotel was easy enough to find and well located. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't have any problems.

Pros: The front desk staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the shampoo smells good, the floor was relatively quiet. Food tasted good when arrived.
Cons: My brk bill was over by $4.00, then forgot the toast, so my omelet was tepid. When leaving, I was struggling w/bags& no offers to assist. Heater loud.
Location: This hotel is located on city line avenue in Philadelphia, next to Fridays, with free parking. The hospital my husband was staying in was close by.

Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful
The room was clean and comfortable, but the WIFI signal strength was weak and intermittently would fail. I did report this to the front desk and the problem was corrected that day.

Extremely courteous desk staff. Bed was great and the bath was clean. No room refrigerator was a slight disappointment. Overall, the room was functional and clean - really the gist of a good place to lay oneself down. The location was positive. I'd stay at this hotel again if I were in the Philadelphia area.
