Went to a wedding

I was asked to change rooms although I had booked through expedia both nights and was guaranteed by Expedia that the hotel would NOT move me the second night - they did - two hours before the wedding I'm moved by staff that was totally inflexible to my request to not move. Also housekeeping took shawl from 1st room and only brought it to me when I called about it.

Nice clean hotel in a good location

This was my second time visiting the hotel in a little over a month for our trips to Sesame Place. Only about 10 minutes away from there. The hotel staff is always very friendly and helpful. Quick check in and check out. No issues. Room is always ready and clean by check in. They are really good with accommodating early check in as long as there is availability. I've always been given a nice clean room, first time double bed and second time a king room. Both rooms were very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Staff is very fast with delivering any necessicities to the room if needed. We had to step out and needed towels, when we returned to the room not only did we have our towels restocked with more than we would ever need but they also redid bedding and cleaned up a bit. It was a nice and well appreciated touch to our stay, especially while traveling with the kids. Oh and did I mention the hotel is kid friendly as well! Thank you crowne plaza for a pleasant stay! When in the area we will visit again!

Great hotel

Pros: I like that this hotel had a good location, very clean, and close to attractions.
Cons: Not much. No issues
Location: Right on Street Road. Close to the city. Many things to do nearby.
Wonderful experience. Great, helpful staff! I asked for recommendations for nearby restaurants. Staff at front desk was a big help...Thanks!

Clean, good price, close to sesame!

Nice hotel, great price & location. Had a good pool for kids and nice bar/ restaurant.

Great Stay

The stay was great, stayed one night. Very clean, room smelled good. Within 30 mins from Downtown Philadelphia.

Hotel close to Sesame Place

Hotel staff was nice Hotel was clean The only thing I would suggest that the doors to the hotel are locked.

The Hotel should not rated it for 4 stars.. Too many bad experiences. No thanks! The staffs were not helping...

Ok to stay for a night

Booked this hotels as a non-smoking hotel. First room we walked in was clearly smoked in. Changed w/o any problem. It's close to the Sesame Place (main reason we booked it). Therefore good for a night. Otherwise it's more a business hotel.

Nice hotel but noise in hallway

The room accomodations were good but there was terrible noise out in our hallway all night from people drinking. had to call front desk to get the people to go into their rooms and keep quiet but even after they spoke to them they still came back out and kept up the noise until 3:00 AM. Couldn't get much sleep!
