Staff were friendly

Very slow elevators - took 60 seconds for the door to close one one of the two. Noisy AC, plus the thermostat did not work - either too cold or too hot. But it was fairly inexpensive for the nights we stayed.

I'm sorry you felt the elevators were to slow for you, they are set to our IHG standards. Our AC units are regular maintenance and if you felt the unit wasn't working properly you can always call the front desk and they will send a maintenance worker to see if there is an issues. Very nice stay

Stayed here for a night after visiting Sesame Street, about 15 minutes drive from there and the surrounding got many choices of restaurants. The hotel is pretty clean and staff r nice. Very comfortable and quiet. Will come back if going to the surrounding again.

Cons: The common areas and rooms need a major renovation.
The staff is competent but the facility itself requires some TLC. It is in pretty rough conditions, which includes the hallways, common areas and the rooms.

Class reunion Trip back to Philadelphia

Pros: See above!
Cons: Direct TV reception and clarity were poor at best, confusing channel guide !
Location: Great location, poor access now from 276 PA Turnpike due to "easy pass only " exit!
Great stay, part of the Hotel was under reconstruction due to a water leak etc. But, didn't interfear with our stay. Good food, great libations!

Not a nice hotel it was next to a Casio.

The room was too small and the TV was not clear and the bathroom door didn't close. But the staff was sweet and helpful.

almost windowless

Can't believe window is 10 feet up in the air about 15 inches high. Can't see out even standing on a chair. Bathroom lighting is poor. Even shaving mirror has a circle light around it but doesn't make it possible to see my face.
