Gross. It was dirty everywhere. We would never stay here again. It seemed like the only thing the cleaning staff did was make the bed. The bedding was used and smelled like body odor. There was hair everywhere - the bed, pillows, sheets, bathtub, sink, floor… There were stains on all bedding and the walls (even a blood stain and pee on the door). It didn’t seem safe with all the people around doing drugs in the laundry room, balcony and parking lot. Honestly there are so many things wrong with this place that I can’t even sum it up. It was all false advertising and worse than sleeping outside.

Well the bathroom tap did not work. Part of the ceiling looked like it was going to collapse. Noisy people in the night. And the fact that i had to pay for a room again because the hotel apparently did not have my reservation (f up on expedias part) not worth the money Stay far away from this place

The first room they gave me the heat didn’t work. It was an hour before they took care of me and gave me another room. The second room was not much better but at least the heat worked.

This is the worst hotel, I ever seen, I didn't even stay, after trying two different rooms, my wife and I decided to go somewhere else, we when to the Red roof inn a few mile from there, hotel.com should never have this hotel on there site. So I finally ended up staying at the red roof inn.

Room is poorly kept. Room door would not close all the way. Front desk refused to switch my room. The heater would not work. Bugs was crawling around.Drug addicts walking around room. Soda machine didn't work. The place used to be nice years ago but went down hill.

The room smelled bad, the towels were like sandpaper, there was no coffee maker or hair dryer, there was no blanket! It had a paper thin spread & sheet. I literally froze my ass off! The reverse cycle heat & air only did air. Worst place I ever stayed at. Would never go back to one of these & never recommend this place. I guess these days $100 gets u a dump!!!

. This is an awful place and they charged me double and tried to get away with it. There are people using in the walk ways. Room was extremely dirty. I was on a business trip and only needed the room for a night. Holes in the walls. Cigarette burns on the blankets. Do not stay here!!! Especially if you have children!!!! There’s also needle caps all over the ground so watch out for syringes!! They could make this place nice but they seem lazy. They put all there money in there surveillance system instead of making the rooms nice.

Worse place I have ever stayed, it’s more of a half way house and the bathroom looked like it’s never been cleaned. I couldn’t even shower in it scared of flesh eating bacteria. We requested a no smoke room yet it smelled like pot and like something was dying.

Dirty and super insecure the place was filled by crackheads and in the morning the cops were called because someone passed in one of the rooms. The scariest saddest thing I’ve ever experienced dont book here

Disgusting and unacceptable
The room we stayed in was filthy, had stains all over the walls and ceiling, literally. There was smeared marks on the curtains, the pillow cases smelt like dirt (we wrapped the pillows in our shirts and used our shirts has covers. When I arrived to get my room key, there was another couple in the office complaining to management about needles laying in front of their room. Completely unacceptable. Will not be staying at this hotel again, worst experience I ever had in a hotel, and definitely is not worth the money they charge!!!!

This place was completely filthy, needle in room caps. Blood stains on sheets bugs crawling everywhere one but me on the side of my eye and got an infection. I left and wanted no parts it was a waste of my time and money and I am homeless. I depend on this money now I’m having a hood on my account for 7-10 days I can’t get the money so I have to sleep in the streets now. Absolutely horrible

We made a reservation through Hotels.com and they had no record of it when we arrived. We had to pay a higher rate. The room had dirty floors and the towels were not clean (had other people's hair in them). Not cheap enough for how bad it was.
