A nice stay in Philly

The hotel was right next to the Convention Center and easily accessible to the Septa rail. The staff was very courteous and polite. They managed to get us into a room before check-in time. The room was fine for our one night stay. It was clean and comfortable.

Hotel convenient to train station

Great staff at the front desk. Very customer service oriented. Short walk to train station, and there is a train that goes directly to the airport.

Yes! If you love Reading Terminal Market

Stayed for a week while visiting family. The location was perfect for walking, shopping, and eating at Reading Terminal Market. The walls are thin, but the price couldn't be beat for what we got.

Fine room for the price, clean, friendly staff.

Pros: Price, location, cleanliness
Cons: the breakfast was what we expected, more nuatural healthy food would be nice though
Small room but in excellent condition, great for sleeping, not luxurious, but very comfy

Kinda loud but great staff

It was very loud between the traffic outside and the guests talking in the hallway. Great location and great staff. The room was small but fine. Just didn't get much sleep due to the noise

Pros: 地下の朝食コーナーに数種類のパンとマフィン、シリアル、オートミール、オムレツ、フルーツとジュース、コーヒー、紅茶とミルクがあり、6時半から9時半まで自由に食べられます。シナモンとレーズン入りの食パン、バナナマフィンが美味しかったです。また、ここには電子レンジがありいつでも使えます。
Cons: せめて廊下向きの窓にはレースカーテンを付けてもらえたらと思うのですが。
Location: コンベンションセンター隣。マーケット至近距離。中心街徒歩圏内。
ホテルはコンベンションセンターのすぐ隣にあり、ジェファーソン駅からも徒歩数分の立地でとても便利です。夜9時を過ぎるとルームキーなしでは入口ドアが開かない仕組みになっていて安心ですが、ホテル前の通りは夜は人通りがなくなるので、帰り道は一応気をつけた方が良いように思います。実際は、とくに危険を感じるような出来事には遭遇しませんでした。 建物は5階建てで吹き抜けになっています。自分が泊まった部屋には窓がありましたが、ひとつは廊下に面していてカーテンを閉めないと丸見えで、もうひとつは天窓になっており遮光はできません。また、エアコンは設定しても数時間後にリセットされるようになっており、折からの寒波もあり朝はとても寒かったです。アメニティはシャンプー、リンス、ローション、固形石鹸があり、タオルも各種そろっていました。バスルームは概ね清潔でしたが、壁には髪の毛が数本張り付いていました。初日にはミネラルウォーターが2本置いてありましたが、翌日からはありません。すぐ隣に23時頃までやっているコンビニエンスストアがあり、飲料やお菓子など買うことができます。スタッフはとても親切で、困ったことやお願い事など親切に引き受けてくれました。宿泊だけの目的であれば充分だと思います。

Don't Bring a Car

Cons: Parking facilities/reception service. Elevator service (after being repaired it broke-down again, shortly afterwards).
Location: Philadelphia Convention Center, all down-town activities
The hotel has no-dedicated parking. We arrived to check-in and were told we could temporarily park the car at front door to carry our bags in and up to our room. We were given a 3d floor room and the elevator was out of order. I had to carry the bags myself. By the time we got back to the car (about 15 minutes later) it had been ticketed by municipal parking police. The hotel had done nothing to prevent this and seemed helpless to have the ticket voided except to advise me to walk many blocks to the municipal building to have the ticket canceled. This proved futile. I was unable to talk to the hotel manager that day as she was "unavailable." The next day the manager offered to help. We went together to the municipal building where she accepted responsibility for the ticket and volunteered to attend a court appearance which would be held months later. She promised to advise me of the outcome after this appearance. She hasn't.
