Good value.

This hotel has a convenient attached parking garage ($24). The location is within walking distance of the Reading Terminal & Convention Center. Lots of good restaurants in the area. The hotel also has a pool (which we didn't use). The room was clean, warm and had a minimalist modern look. It certainly is an excellent value for Philadelphia. Don't forget to ask for your chocolate chip cookies at check in.

Loved the double tree chocolate chip with walnut cookies they gave us at check in. Room was nice. Bathroom clean. Kids thought the room was a little small but I thought it was fine. Enjoyed the view of the city from the tall windows. Very nice.

Too much noise ruins otherwise nice hotel stay

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: Location above all. Room decorated nicely, had comfortable beds, pretty nice view, and was a comfortable temperature, and great cookie at check-in
Cons: Noise level and attention to my specific request.
Location: Kimmel Center, very good restaurants. Also near Rittenhouse Square
Nice room, pretty good view, great location. But having trouble sleeping kind of ruins the experience. i asked for the "quietest room possible", but was placed adjacent to the elevators, where the intermittent loud noise made it seem like sleeping next to an airport, despite putting in foam earplugs and turning a white noise generator up to the maximum volume. To be fair, I did not complain (although the problem became most noticeable over time, after we had already settled in to the room).

Nice comfortable hotel close to museums

Family of six enjoyed our short stay of two nights at this hotel. Breakfast was great the staff Offered great hospitality. Pool was a little small but enough for the kiddies to enjoy. Lol parking.. as my husband said was the worst parking lot he had to ever had park his vehicle in. Couldn't complain to much though cause the lot is not part of hotel just convienent for the guests being it is right next door.

Perfection

The location was terrific. A lot of things to do: great restaurants, you're smack in the middle of the art life in Philly. Made it easy to get around and experience the culture in the neighborhood.
