Room needed maintenance such as a new paint job, carpet and upholstery cleaning. A little worn and torn look going on.....

Do not stay here if you are running the marathon!

Posted Nov 25, 2014
I was running the marathon and flying out that evening. I asked for a late check out and even told them my circumstances and the latest they could give me was 12:30. The heat was broken in our room and we had to switch rooms as a result. I came back from the marathon to find we were locked out! When the front desk gave us a key it did not work. After all this they charged us 70 dollars for checking out after 12:30.

Nice cheap parking, but not very clean rooms

Posted Nov 24, 2014
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a king suit. The bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. However, carpet in both rooms was very old with many black spots. Our friends had similar room and the carpet had red spots all over it. Sofa in the sitting area had red spots as well. I just hoped it was food residue and nothing else. Because we only stayed overnight and left very early in the morning it did not make sense to change room considering our friends had same problem. Bathroom was ok, but had some "rusty"spots under shower door and in the back of the seat. I would only recommend it for a very short stay if nothing else is available.

Very nice hotel elegant and classy...but

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: The indoor pond and d├ęcor.
Cons: No parking fee for paid customers as well as their guest.
Location: I did not like the location it was destitute and lonesome only one restaurant nearby felt very commercial.
The hotel was very nice. However, the $7.00 a day for parking was outrageous. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and tasty. I was very disappointed due to the fact that Expedia customers are not treated like the customers who book directly through Embassy Suites. I was told this at the front desk when I was checking in so the suite that I booked and paid for ahead of time I did not receive and this was unfair. Lastly, your guest can only stay 2 hours and then they are charged the $7.00 parking rate, totally ridiculous.

Nice rooms, terrible service at front desk

Posted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: Rooms
Cons: Service
Location: Good shuttle to the airport
Excellent rooms, but the facilities seems like a school with a ceiling in the patio. Terrible service from the front desk employees. They did not find my Expedia reservation and they asked me to call directly to Expedia instead of they provide me with that support. Nobody helped me with luggage to my room. Nor I did not received any directions to get my room. Terrible service there. Better at the restaurant.

Short stay but very nice

Posted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: Comfort, cleanliness and customer service.
We only stayed overnight since we were flying out of the Philadelphia airport early the next morning but we also self parked our car while we were away. The shuttle service was also great!
