Hotel needs a revamp, paintwork shabby in rooms.Posted Nov 2, 2014
The hotel gives good space but rooms are a bit shabby chipped and tired paintwork in particular. Food from room service was good and buffet breakfast okay

Quiet and ReservedPosted Oct 30, 2014
Pros: The room was clean, bed soft and had a comfortable feel.
The hotel was located very close to King of Prussia Mall. The surroundings were quiet, beautiful landscaping, with plenty of greenery.

Clean but noisyPosted Aug 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was clean and comfortable but older and needed updating. Our room was very spacious and clean but the air conditioner was super noisy and woke us up every time it kicked on. It did keep the room nice and cool but it was so loud. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The restaurant hosted a decent breakfast but dinner the night before was just horrible. I would recommend going out for dinner. Overall for the price I did not think this hotel lived up to the quality that you expect from an Embassy Suites hotel.

WORST NIGHTS SLEEP OF MY LIFEPosted Aug 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
I stay at Embassy Suites whenever possible. I flew to Philadelphia from Arizona to attend a funeral service. Apparently, there were playoffs for youth sports teams and many families were staying there and were spread out throughout the hotel. Children ran up and down the halls screaming until after 1:00 AM and adults were very loud and conducting meetings in the halls! The noise started again at 6:00 AM the next morning. I complained to the front desk and the noise stopped for about 10 minutes. After 2 night of this, I left the hotel and stayed elsewhere to get sleep. I returned on Sunday night and the noisy groups were gone and the hotel was quiet. The room was anything but clean! There was cleanser spilled all over the bathroom floor and empty wrappers under the bed. I cannot understand why the hotel would not have placed these groups together so as not to disturb all the other hotel guests. If you are planning to stay there, I suggest you inquire first about any youth team playoffs in the area.

Close to our destination.Posted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: Close to our destination
Location: Valley Forge, King Of Prussia Mall, Casino
Disappointed in room as I requested a 2 bed and when we arrived we were given a 1 bed . It did get changed to a 1bed and a seeper sofa but I felt that should have been the case in the beginning.

Very nice clean and quite area.Posted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: Secluded and quite, yet close to everything!
Cons: Resturant staff.
Location: Huge mall, convention center, quality resturants, outdoor park activities, etc.
Very clean, secluded, yet very close to some very nice resturants, a multitude of outdoor activities and great shoping. Very quite atop the country side in very nice area. Great amenities and service. Resturant people could have been friendlier and more helpful, but that should not be a reflection on the quality and comfort of this hotel.

Free happy hour and breakfastPosted Jul 22, 2014
Cons: It was nice to have a pull-out couch in the living room of the suite, but the couch itself was not comfortable.
Convenient location, nice amenities, free breakfast and free happy hour. Price seemed to be comparable to other hotels in the area, so this hotel was the clear choice.

Par for the coursePosted Jun 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
I've stayed at a few other Embassy Suites properties in the past that were a little newer and offered a little better amenities than this one. Don't get me wrong, this property is par for the course, but I felt it lacked a little compared to others in the category of food. The manager's reception was dismal, at best. They offered pretzel rods, a huge bowl of mustard and some watermelon slices along with beer and wine. Other properties I've visited offered three times the amount of snacks, to include a hot buffet of heavy Hors d'oeurves and well brand liquor drinks. I'd definitely stay at this property again because the room was very comfortable, the staff very helpful and attentive and the complimentary morning breakfast buffet with omelette station was excellent.
